Where to start.
I was recommended this place by a couple people in the industry.

I brought a loose. Off vehicle driveshaft in to see about pressing a new u joint.

I was greeted by. ”he won’t be able to do this now”
I had every intention of leaving it knowing I’m sure there was work ahead of mine

She takes the driveshaft to the mechanic in the back. 1 minute later comes out with u joints and tells me 30 each u joint. Mechanic said $50 and he can do This in ten mins.
Charges me $136. I pay. She comes back 3 mins later says mechanic can’t do it. He needs to cut and weld a new yoke on the drive shaft. And it’ll be $275
I ask to speak to the mechanic.
He doesn’t bring the new u joint out with him. But continues to tell me one hole of the yoke is larger than the other.

Well questioning what I was being told I said never mind. They refunded the money. Went home and checked all tolerances and openings with calipers etc.

Holes are exact same and they were using the wrong u joints
Long story short, don’t trust everything you’re told.

Thanks to the regional manager for Truck Pro I was able to finally get my drive shaft fixed correctly! It is very sad that a company needs to have a regional manager step in before they actually perform the work at a level they are hired to do in the first place!

Definetly would not recommend been waiting on a drive shaft to be built. Martin has us waiting on "parts" for a week now come to find out parts were not even ordered or existed even tho he said they were straight up lying to our face if you wanna wait a year for your product go for it also had to call him for the info never reached out once to let me know whats going on customer service is garbage here
