Been shopping here for many years. Always have nice things, the store looks really nice, and the people are very friendly and helpful.

Rude service. They weren’t interested in helping at all unless you looked like you were going to spend a lot of money.

They always have what I'm looking for and the people working there are so helpful and sweet.

I am a Hallmark lover. Most Hallmark stores are great (something about the company I’m sure) but Trudy’s is a cut above. Staff is always friendly, helpful and attentive. A true pleasure do work with.

Very helpful very nice group that works there. Great things in stock for last minute gifts or for yourself. I’m obsessed with the amazing grace laundry detergent they sell. Thanks!

The clerk was rude and thought she had more knowledge about a brand than I. She didn't realize I've been purchasing this brand for years and have an extensive knowledge of its catalog. The only reason I was at that store is because of its proximity to the ballpark we were visiting. I am happy to be home and will utilize the vendor I am more familiar with where customer service is its #1 goal.regardless of race.they won't get another dime of my $
