I hadn’t been to dentist in years because of anxiety. From the first time I stepped into True Dental I felt like an old patient there. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They worked with my busy schedule to get my cleaning and fillings done. Yessenia is a great dental assistant she was guiding me through everything. She always made sure I was comfortable and knew every step in my procedure. I would definitely recommend True Dental.

I’m not proud to admit it’s been a while since I visited a dentist due to dental anxiety, so I was very nervous to start up again with a new dentist. I was very impressed with the service along with the team being so friendly and kind! They were all very informative and patient with me when I was showing discomfort. All things considered, my teeth were not in bad shape and the worst news I got were a few cavities in my back molars and that I should consider having my wisdom teeth removed. I interacted with A’Leah, Ki, Dr. Sing, and Annette in particular so I can vouch that anyone would be in good hands with them!

So glad I chose to go back to True DENTAL for my son and soon myself. I was VERY VERY PLEASED with the office staff and Dr. Sing. Dr. Sing explained some reasons for the issues my son is having and I can't wait to go myself.

I’ve started bringing my husband and my sons here and we’ve always had a very pleasant experience. They put all my boys at ease (even the husband who hated the dentist) and always are so nice to us every time we are in. We are definitely going to continue coming here for years to come.

The visit to Dr. Sing was for my mother. She is elderly and her dental hygiene is not good. Ki was very kind, but thorough. My mom also needed fillings and Dr. Sing was gentle and completed the procedure quickly and without issues. The entire staff was helpful and patient. This is a caring dental practice.

Dr. Sing and her office staff have been SO great! Every person I meet in the office is kind, courteous, and professional! I don’t feel nervous at all when I know my appointment is coming up. Knowing that I can expect to feel safe helps calm my anxiety. Absolutely no complaints! Thank you to the whole staff!

I love True Dental! I always feel like I come away with a through teeth cleaning and exam. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and Dr. Sing always remembers me. Since I moved my drive is pretty far but it's totally worth it to go to a high quality dental establishment.

Dr. Sing and all of her staff are amazing! From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly. Her hygienist was very thorough and gave me tips to improve my personal dental care. Dr Sing was very helpful in explaining to me options I had for a tooth that had been bothering me. She gave me every option including costs and risks of one over the other. Ultimately she completely the work on my tooth relieving me of great discomfort. I could not have expected better care from anyone! Thanks True Dental for being awesome!

NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. DON’T SEE DR. SING

A general lack of unprofessionalism from my experience paired with (some) Poorly trained and lazy doctors. And with a FAILED PROCEDURE from Dr. Sing. From Her lack of ability in properly executing procedures in her trade along with a lack of understanding the importance of explaining a procedure/options for the patient and why they would prefer to go for one over the other Even for something as simple as getting a crown for fixing a cavity. I’m looking forward to getting some professional work done from people who are actually capable of procedures they try to do. Because that fact and the unfortunate inability to inform the patient and what they are spending their time/money on is important.luckily I have and appointment for tomorrow with

They have my number and they know how to improve. And they don’t need me to tell them that anyways.don’t believe everything you hear from them! And they can always feel free to reach out and rectify the situation.but I’ll be ok continuing forward with a better practice.
