We had an alarm installed early 2017 and have had no problems until I had random "panel tampering" notifications with calls to EMS in the past few days. I reached out to True Protection, who promptly gave me a reason, told me how to fix the problem in the least expensive way (with a video attachment), and gave me the option to have a technician install a new battery. This all happened within one single day. Brad arrived at the set time (only 1-hr window) and installed the new battery. He was very kind and professional. I recommend True Protection highly. I have never had problems prior to an old battery. The installation was spot on, and the ongoing customer service is amazing.

Thanks to Jacob Ortiz, my analog cameras were upgraded, replaced by digital cameras. Jacob was professional, friendly and very customer-oriented. I recommend this company for all your security needs.

The technician I spoke to on the phone today did a great job troubleshooting over the phone and saved me an unneeded visit with the Brinks, which would’ve costed me hundreds of dollars.

We had our old alarm system replaced by True Protection. Brad, our technician is fantastic! So knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. He makes sure you completely understand the system, he will go the extra mile. He even gave is cell phone number to reach out to him direct. I texted him a question about a week after the install he texted me right back with the answer within 15 mins. I texted him again with a question about how to work the app and asked him if he could call me. He called me the same day, explained what I needed, just a kind and patient as the day he came to the house. He is a rare jewel in the customer service world of today.

We did our due diligence comparing alarm companies before selecting True Protection security for the office of our limousine company. We had cameras, keypad, door contacts, and a door lock installed. Brad was our installer. He is the absolute best! Patient, friendly, and thorough just to name a few qualities. He set everything up and made sure we were happy with all the camera angles in the building and the outside coverage. He even left us his cell number to reach out to him directly if we had any issues. Could not be more pleased!

True Protection technician Brad came out and went through the process of setting up and showing us how to operate and use the security system app. The technician was on time, kept us posted and the system and app are very easy to use.
