Avant- is one of the most outstanding and appreciative employees I have experienced of all locations in Lubbock. He is not only customer oriented he makes the gym as if it is your own gym. Thank you TruFit for having someone like him on your staff!

Avant was the man that helped me twice and was well beyond his years and his customer service was exceptional. I only came back here because of him.

This is a terrible gym and they have hidden fees so beware they will charge you a $55 annual fee. Mind you I’ve only been there three times lol never again I can work out at home and be just fine.and they make it impossible for you to cancel your account. You have to go in there To cancel they can’t do it over the phone, which is ridiculous, and so outdated. So I have to go out of my way to go all the way over there Monday to cancel my union account, so they will stop charging my bank. Ridiculous! I’m going to planet fitness if I ever decide to get a membership again it was much simpler. Texas overall is just trash especially Lubbock. This is legit the wild wild West & I cannot wait to leave this place.

. I’ve been going to Tru Fit (34th.) for a while now. I particularly enjoy going at night as there are not many people at that time. I would like to give Justin some praise, he is very friendly and greets me by my name. He is always available should I need some help. He is always cleaning and putting things back in their proper place.
If I may offer a few suggestions for the management, keep the equipment in working order (quite a few machine always have an “Out of Order” sign posted on them). The signs have been there for a lengthy period. Also the bathrooms need attention desperately.
With all that being said I do recommend Tru Fit (34th.) to my friends and family, I tell them to ask for Justin if they happen to go at night.

Very well detailed about the guidelines and people genuinely wanted to teach you and help you get enrolled here. Super stoked to be a new member!
