My lawns never looked so good. The technicians are great. I cannot recommend True Green highly enough.

This is the second year I have used TRUGREEN and have been pleased with the results. It has been a difficult year with the heat but my grass has survived and looks good considering 110 degrees on several days. Thank you.

Our technician is so helpful and listens to our concerns. We have seen so much improvement. Just need a little rain and we'd have a beautiful lawn. This is not overnight process but the changes are amazing! I can walk barefoot completely around the whole yard now! Thanks TruGreen glad you are in our area now!

Excellent job my Antwane today! When talking with him about current and next applications, he displayed a true concern for our lawn as if it were his own. That was awesome! Please keep Antwane as our “regular” guy.

Paid them over $700 for a year's service. I told them twice when we set up service the backyard is off limit. They came out 9/11/23 right after it rained to perform aeration. Unfortunately I was not home. They drove their equipment from the street onto my neighbor's yard tearing up half their lawn, my lawn, leaving tracks everywhere. They missed half the yard. Mud all over the sidewalk. Then they went into our back yard, ran into my grill, over a hose and cord tracking mud all over our pool deck. I wish I was making this up. The level of response has been poor as well as I am on day 3 with no resolution. If I wanted my yard tore up, I would have rented my own equipment, waited for it to rain, and paid a 5-year-old to run the equipment. I would have gotten the same result.

Bill is the tech for caring for our trees and shrubs. If anything needs to be addressed he listens and he gives me advice. Good service!

The staff members who showed up today are just fantastic. Not only are they so polite they are a full scale of knowledge on what needs to be done to assist with the yard. Just the best.

The customer service representative went above and beyond when assessing my lawn and making suggestions.

I had very bad gray spot in my St Augustine this spring following our cold winter spell. Benjamin has worked very hard all summer to control it. My yard was almost completely dead in early June and is almost completely covered now in early September. Very happy with the results

It is VERY CLEAR to me that "Tru Green" values their customers. After I posted my last review, I was contacted by a Josh in management.
His call was very sincere and he was concerned about my experience.

Not being home while application was performed, I knew job was thoroughly done! Both lawn’s flagged, fertilizer seen throughout my yard and not a lot on my driveway or patio. No doubts that I received what I paid for! Thanks KENJI.

They charged the full amount on a service saying they only did half because of the potential of a dog being in the back yard which I always have in the house. Thank goodness I looked at the invoice or they would have got away with it. Had to call in and get a refund for half the work done and discontinued service. Watch out if you use them, make sure they do ALL the work you pay them for. They might try and slip past only doing half but charging full price.

Adrian was professional and made sure he serviced every tree. He verified with me the trees he could treat and the ones he could not. Very polite and friendly.

I checked with the worker to see what he would be doing today. I asked him not to spray me enclosed area due a garden there now. He was polite.

Very good customer service and my lawn looks great. If I have any issues or questions TruGreen has been very receptive and resolved all of them.
