This is not towards this branch but the bank in general do not do business with them they delay deducting the money from your account up to two days then causing overdrafts a way for them to make money! I called n they refused to fix it they charged me 36 for taking my own money out but due to a simple charge from 2 days before it caused a domino effect mind you they already subtracted it from my current balance making me believe it was ok I’m sorry but I will be returning to Wells Fargo where they never did this they post immediately n deduct when u spend! The lady on phone said I should never trust the online banking hellooo why do you have it for your customers if it’s not doing what it’s suppose to! And that is keep track of your spending. SMH

If I could do 0 stars I would. They have horrible service and I don't know if it was due to my color or what. Just be prepared for the awkwardness.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would Randy Pasco is the absolute worst banker I ever sat with I will not be going back to this branch even if it’s close to me I rather drive far out then receive terrible customer service people I had half a mind to curse him out but I just walked away!

Staff and Manger is not good and is not helping the customers also they are rude people, and I ordered
My debit card in my home address and I never received my debit card also I did order my check book
A month ago and I am still waiting for that I don’t know how long I have to wait for that, the manager

Of all the banks I been they are the best of the best, they help me whit all my questions a lot of help, great people.

This branch is my favorite BB&T branch. Great team and great customer service!
