Can't get a money order unless I had a certain account with them.banking with them should be enough with all the crazy fees.

Would give 0 if it was an option. The one teller here is so slow paint dries faster. Asia moves like a snail. To deposit a check takes 20 minutes. Worst banking experience around. Was once the best bank when it was BB&T but now it’s horrible. If you are going to have a teller that is that slow then have two.

Would give 0 if I could. Wait time is ridiculous unless you walk in first thing when they open. They charge maintenance fees $12 p/mo. (I didn’t set up direct deposit). Pull unauthorized transactions from you account and then you have to argue it back. Will never do business with them again.

This branch is entirely too slow. Zero reason to have to wait almost an hour for one transaction! If you don’t have time to waste then consider going to another location.

DONT book an online appointment to come in. Went in for my appointment an was told I had to reschedule by martiza. She said Corey was "busy" ok but what about my scheduled appointment. Unacceptable

If I could give this location ZERO stars. I would.
I made an appt On-line.
I get here at my appointment time, waited an HOUR.
Then I get told that it does not matter if I’ve made an appt Online because it doesn’t go to their system here in Bank… Stupid….
This location and their staff is THE WORST.

Truist is absolutely the WORST. Cannot express that enough. Not sure how this bank has not been taken out of business yet or how they haven't been flagged to be audited. We purchased a car and the loan was made through SunTrust. Made our payments, everything was good. Then we traded in that vehicle for another car. When we went to get the payoff amount I could not login because they were being sold to Truist and my acct was gone. Flash forward. We get a check in the mail from Truist for $1000 as overpayment on the vehicle that we had traded in. Then we continued to get that payment taken out from our bank acct when we didn't have it anymore and the dealer had already paid it off. We called them SO MANY TIMES in the span of 8 mths and we never got a response. Somehow we owed them $800 even though they refunded us. It was a constant fight to get answers from them. The last rep we spoke to said if we paid $280 it would take care of our balance and close the account. We did it because we were so tired of them. 5 mths later and I AM STILL GETTING EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS OF THEM ATTEMPTING TO WITHDRAW THE PAYMENT OF $1000 FOR A CAR WE DONT HAVE AND HAS BEEN PAID OFF. Please, look into all the fraud they are committing. This bank is such a fraud.

The absolute worst bank that we have been forced to visit. Took over our mortgage and were completely not willing to help or assist. If we were not forced to deal with this bank we would definitely run away for any business with this bank.please beware, we will look for any and every option to remove our business from Truist bank.

Always under staffed, no counter, hour long wait just to deposit a check. Needs a complete overhaul. People are super nice that work there, but the management is just so bad. I0 people waiting and one “teller” working.
