2Horrible service. Trulite has tried for 6 months to bill me for order that was Never delivered, Never received. They got the order wrong from the get go. Have talked to a dozen people on the phone, they all agree that I am correct, but now sending me to collections. Stay away.
If the secretary is any indication of the type of service you get here, then stay away! I called and asked if they sold parts for aluminum store front doors. She asked if I had an account with them and I said no. She said, "We only sell to businesses. " I guess she's saying that ALL of the businesses in San Antonio have an account with them and that if YOU don't, you must automatically be a residential. Also, I don't know of too many people that have an aluminum store front door at their house. If I'm calling you and asking about parts for an aluminum store front door, maybe it's because I HAVE A STORE!
