Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control, Houston TX

We subscribed to a year service and the bugs keep coming back. I called multiple times to get service and have yet to get anything set up by the company. This is grossly unprofessional and I expected so much more than empty sales pitch.

Tech was promptly on time and no further sign of rodents. However, I've received an invoice for deterrents that was not mentioned in my original quote and payment. Trying to clarify with Truly Nolen

We have had a problem with roaches and gnats for awhile. Mike B.came in and took care of it. He was on time, professional and explained everything he was doing. It's been a month and only insects we see are dean and the gnats are gone! We appreciate his professionalism and being friendly and attentive to our needs. Some people do their job well but Michael Bryant is exceptional at what he does.

Called them for ants in our new house. They came out explained what they were using and the process. Within 12 hours we already noticed a difference!

We chose truly Nolen because they promised efficiency. We had a couple appointments canceled without notice. When I expressed how I felt I was not receiving services as promised I was met with attitude and belittling from management. If you value your time and money, don’t go with truly Nolen.
