Trustworthy came to my house to do an initial deep clean. I am disabled so it’s very hard for me to keep up cleaning my house. I was also nervous about having someone else clean my house. They came in and got right to work. A few hours later they were all done and to say I was impressed is an understatement. My house has never looked better. I also never thought my oven would be as clean as it is ever again. The ladies were very nice, professional, and quick. I would recommend Trustworthy to everyone.

I needed the window cleaning service on the outside. I contacted several companies but I chose Trustworthy for their good treatment and I was not mistaken, their service is very good and professional. They cleaned all the windows and left them in excellent condition. Price-service is worth it! I definitely recommend them!

Be prepared to be ignored and taken advantage of. They don’t do what they say. They take your card and charge what they want not what was contracted. They are horrible and very unprofessional and disrespectful. I had to report fraud and file a report against this business.

They don’t do what they suppose to do. They send people that don’t even speak English and the entire time you can’t even communicate with them. This is so embarrassing and frustrating. They don’t care about nothing but MONEY

This service is ok overall. The cleaning crew (4 stars) does a good job. Support side of things needs a lot of work (1.5 stars). Scheduling time and consistency are also a problem (2 stars).

This is my 2nd time using their services. In both occasions the services were good. The 1st cleaning was a move in service. The builder did a terrible job cleaning the house prior to our move in, so I needed to hired cleaners. They did a good job cleaning the areas we discussed. I hired them again but only cleaned the 1st floor to see if the service would be the same as I prefer to stick to one service provider as we’re looking to possibly do a monthly or quarterly service. They made our bed which was a nice touch. My only complaint is communication with the service people was difficult since their English was not that great. They tried to confirm what service was supposed to be provided but it was hard to communicate. I would have preferred they bring the service notes that were collected by the coordinator when scheduling the service.

Trustworthy got my house ready for the holidays for sure! It was so nice to walk in and have my house clean and ready for guests! Thank you!
