Sent me a fuel card then refused to activate it because I told them they’re customer service agent hung up on me twice about a matter she didnt know of

This company backed her up, then backed the manager. They’re morals are horrible

I was 1 week a new customer and they tried to charge my account that is fraud locked. Told them let me know when they’d charge.

Then they started treating me nasty when it didn’t go through. Got hung up on called back

Requested manager and she backed her agent with 0 solution.

Now finance department reached out and said they wont do anything about the incident and is closing my account.

Ive never used the EFS card they gave me

Whoever runs this company should be ashamed to even allow this to happen to 1 customer

Scam and disrespectful people I have ever had conversations with. Charges your account for no reason, and when you call they complain about how I am holding up their line. Never solves the problem, always wants to be on top of you, and tries to put you down. Courtney, Anna, and Brittany one of the worst people ever, never let you talk to someone with higher hands, like never I have called over 10 times, and couldn't solve my problem, they always say she is in a meeting, and I ask how long, she says we don't know to call back in an hour still in a meeting, ask for her number never provides, email never provides. RUDE, IGNORANT PEOPLE EVER.

I've had the card for about 3 years now and have saved a ton of money. Although TA is ok, I was a lot happier in the Pilot days. Still can't understand the settlement emails but the app is pretty good.

If u have fuel card for this people plss check daily your bank account becouse this people is scumbag, they chaeged me offer 900$ my account for fuel I never used and almost 2 week they didn't solved laddy call Anna she playing games

The fuel card is a sham! In Guymon, OK they list Yesway as a stop. Interestingly enough, they have no fuel pumps there at all. Supposedly they are connected to Valero and Yesup, who won't honor the prices. So they are misleading everyone, false advertising, and deceptive business practices. When I called TSD, they were most unhelpful and just said they would review it, and acted surprised. In looking at the reviews, this was reported a year ago. Beware, beware, beware. BTW, there is a Mudflap stop 1 mile up the road. Don't be taken in by faulty, misleading, and false advertising, by those who are less than honest at best.

So far so good my experience following their instructions all seemed to work for me to sign up for the Open roads Diesel discount account. Very well done in procedural wrote up.

This is hands down is down the best trucking company I have ever worked for in my long 30 years of being on and off these roads. They are straight to business they are polite considerate friendly family oriented trucker oriented they put their money back into their company in their drivers instead of having all the fancy toys and tools and rec rooms and televisions and showers that all the other companies are so busy marketing. They don't judge the drivers even if it's something that they don't personally believe in. I had to retire for family reasons. And I miss TSD logistics. I will sing their praises till my last breath. It's that may seem a little extreme but that's how much I love this company appreciate this company and respect this company thank you TSD for the opportunity To work for such a wonderful bunch of people. Blessings to everyone there.

Love the company, the card, and the concept. As a RV Owner this makes life so much easier and makes diesel refueling so much easier, faster and safer.
