I just wanted to write a quick review. The customer service is great. Didn’t have to wait. The reason I gave. 3 start is because of how nice the staff was. However! My daughter was supposed to be able to have two wardrobe changes, the formal, and the cap and gown photo. I paid from 330 pm to 415pm. 1. She was told there’s not enough time to do the wardrobe change. And two when she was done they didn’t even communicate any to me. As I was walking out to head home the lady says “you’ll receive a text with a link to order your photos. No link at 7 pm… definitely will not be going there for the twins photos
They did so good with me and my kids today, knew as a single dad I was on a budget and she made it work! And the photos were exactly what I wanted.
Professional and courteous. Location is well equipped and set up. We ordered on line easily but received damaged photos due to mishandling by the Post Office. TSS were willing to replace the damaged photos at no extra charge. Reasonable fee for photo session. TSS sent photo for Senior Yearbook to High School without issue.
