SHADY! THIS BROKER WILL CALL YOUR DRIVER EVEN BEFORE YOU HAVE A RATE CONFIRMATION. SHADY. STAY AWAY!
We booked Load with Matt Murray from OH to NY, rate confirmation was received with all information included, plus the addresses for pick up and delivery. When my driver got loaded the BOL stated different address for delivery. When we asked him which address should we use for delivery he told me to use the address on the rate confirmation. Next day when the driver arrived at the address stated on the rate confirmation, he was turned away and sent to the address stated on the BOL. We called Matt Murray to pay us for the extra stop and time lost and he tells me that he sent updated rate confirmation and says it's my fault that I didn't get it. When I asked him to prove me that he really sent the rate confirmation by taking a snapshot from his email or at least forward the same email to me, he refused and never heard of him after that.
Do not work with this company! They are not good, not familiar with the stuff they are doing, bad customer service, don't pay. Everyone please report them on the truck load boards so nobody to post their loads. This business is not for them.
Terrible and disrespectful broker. Was notified that we not able to pickup the load due to mechanical issues prior pickup appointment. They charged us 150$ for NOT PICKING UP the load when they have 5h to recover.
Shady AF. Tell you that you have an appt time then when you get to the shipper there is no appt you are a work in. Confirmation has your rate broke down to where they can screw you out of money for "good communication" what a joke. Had to call these morons like 6 times just to get the load info. How do they fine carriers for "communication" when theirs is terrible? As an added bonus, anyone you do manage to get ahold of when you call is super obnoxious. F these people and their horrible paying loads.
