Dont recommend this place. Especially if you're going for something personal to get it checked out and confirm what it is. How are they going to confirm whats going on with you if they won't even check you. It's like another review said they must have x-ray eyes. And they talk to you like you're a child, like name the body parts how they're supposed to be named why use nicknames for them. I was also prescribed a medicine that I can't even use. I don't even think these are real doctors. Also the lady that works in the back is rude. She gives you an attitude you shouldn't work in the medical field if you don't like interacting with people. And they want to charge you for injections if you have to go back to get another one. How are they gonna charge for a service you haven't received yet. Also went back to see if I needed another refill of antibiotics and I was told I didn't need anything. One week later I have cough and an ear is muffled. I was told the cough would go away on it's own, it didn't I got sick again. I still had infection and it got bad again. They can't even fix your cough. You might as well diagnose yourself. Don't waste your time and money go somewhere else, with someone who actually knows what they're talking about and doing. 0/5 stars

I hope the parents who arrive at this place are well aware, yesterday I went to do a physical exam that the school for sports requires and I arrived at this place, they weighed my daughters, checked their blood pressure and measured them from there we went to the room where the doctor He only gave them the stethoscope and that was all they did when they gave me the sheet, he says that my daughters are fine and I check all the little things as if he had checked everything, the frame that I check throat, eyes, nose, ears, spine, knees feet, back, neck, etc.everything that asks the sheet to review, I don't check the sheet at all and half when I talk to them to ask who is responsible when it turns out that my daughter, God forbid, has a knee problem, for example, that we were in time to detect it but due to his lack of ethics I did not check it, the doctor accepted that he did not do his job well and could not find a way to compensate for his bad work, all this after I told him that I was going to go to the school to talk to the nurses.and to tell me if this was correct he got nervous. It's too bad if they serve everyone who is waiting and trusting their health in this way, how bad they shouldn't even be operating these businesses like this! What they are doing is negligent.

Such a cute family clinic, the personal there are so nice and very informative when it comes to customer needs. I absolutely recommend this place. Will definitely come visit again for my blood work and vaccines!

I went to the consultation and they forgot to send the prescription to the pharmacy so 3 days passed until I went to complain to them I NEVER RETURNED TO THAT PLACE

The Dr.informed me of the total to pay. Upon entering the reception the young Julian who was in charge of the reception informed me of my total, took my debit card and then told me. There is an additional $9.00 for card payment. I asked him where it said there would be a surcharge for using a debit card? He looked everywhere and found nothing. I don't know why they put people who can't do a job. They must inform people from the beginning. Like, I don't know if he didn't feel like talking.because I asked him something and he barely responded. Yes, they are going to put someone at the reception who is a qualified and trained person capable of doing the job.

Don't make an appointment, they don't attend anyway,
They leave you waiting between an hour and a half and two hours, the person at the reception is angry with life, he does everything and answers in a bad way.

I went into this clinic for an ingrown toenail, I asked if they could treat that and they told me that if I chose this clinic because of the infection that I already had because I didn't look for experts in podiatry, it was easier for me, well, they gave me an examination of everything and They gave me an injection for the infection, thinking that the doctor would take out my nail, well no, he didn't even touch my foot at all, he just stood in front of me more than 1 meter away and said what I already knew (infection) and that he would prescribe me for this, because he was so urgent about the payment that he already had the tablet in his hand so that I could sign it, my consultation with him did not last more than 10 minutes, with the consultation and the exams everything gave the sum of $395 plus the medicines It was $500, which didn't help me at all, I ended up going to another office and for $100 in a week my foot was already much better.

Friendliness, good treatment and the conversation with the receptionist come last because when you come in with a bad MEDICAL condition, I think that doesn't help you much.

Dr. Yennier Gamboa was rude. She Diagnosed my problem without getting the result from my bloodwork and prescribed medication for acid reflux. Not even related to what I have. Don't go to this clinic bad service.

Don't even come here race, they just scammed me $300 dlls, they gave me medicine and an injection but they told me I had nothing. (I went to the doctor twice, very expensive and they don't give you a solution to the problem). I better go to Mexico there if they gave me a solution.

Very professional and caring. The doctor and nurse were very knowledgeable, communicative, and kind. I went in feeling really bad, the doctor and nurse gave me medicine right away. They were very thorough in exams. I came out feeling better. I will be on meds and following the doctors direction, to live a healthier lifestyle. I am very happy and will continue to return to Clinica Virgen de Guadalupe.
