On average I always get the Austin sub but every now and then I will get the meatball sub, recommend both. Parking is good for the most part. Basic dine in layout and friendly service. I like the pure cane sugar fountain machine and good potato chip options. Prices are in my opinion decent, I understand that local establishment have to make money too. Overall good place to get a good sub.

Great sub and friendly staff. I always try different sandwiches and haven’t been disappointed yet.

Incredible food and incredible service! It was my first time going but I already felt like a regular. The Italian Beef is great, very filling and delicious. I will definitely be going back!

The food at Tucci's is always great in my experience. The dine-in experience isn't usually as good since it's either super busy around lunch or deserted around dinner, but the staff is normally friendly and helpful if you need suggestions. The Gourmet Italian done "Tucci's Way" is always a good option if you don't know what to order.

If you go in and the music is loud, your sandwich is about to be AMAZING. The two young guys behind the counter know what they’re doing. They’re pleasant but don’t expect much conversation, they keep it short and sweet and I can appreciate that. The philly is my favorite, i get it every time, no onions, extra cheese, side of mayo. The half is PLENTY for an adult, but get the whole if you want to save some for later.

I relocated to Austin from the east coast several years ago and struggled to find a taste of home until I found Tucci's. Absolutely delicious sandwiches, great quality and generous portions. I'll definitely be back!

They make better sandwiches than most places I have been. The employees are friendly and pleasant to talk with. Thank you for being there for so long. Wish I lived closer

Got the Italian Beef, Italian sausage and Gourmet Italian. The beef on the Italian Beef really did have no flavor, and the au jus that came with it had virtually no beef flavor. It was the right color but tasted mostly like vinegar mixed with water. I'm going to try using beef flavored "better than bullion" to see if I can get some flavor into the Italian Beef. The Italian beef is chopped and shredded and not long thin slices of beef like I'm used to from Chicago. I don't know what they do with all the fat and flavor they boil out of the beef but it isn't in the au jus.

The bread they use is good but if you get a hot sandwich eat it in the store or the bread will be ruined by the time you get home, and you'll need to substitute your own roll for theirs.

The Italian sausage meat has a good taste but even though I asked them to hold the oil and vinegar on all 3 sandwiches you still get oil and vinegar on the Sandwhich through the lettuce, peppers and onions they use. The peppers and onions are pickled in some kind of oil and vinegar based liquid instead of being properly roasted. So they are wet, and give the sandwich an oil and vinegar salad flavor whether you want it or not. For me oil and vinegar ruins the bread in short order and greatly distracts from the flavors of the meat and cheeses one is trying to get.

The gourmet Italian is a cold sandwich and it held up much better for the trip home and storage in the refrigerator. However you are better off telling them to not only hold the oil and vinegar but also the few bits of lettuce, peppers, and onions from the sandwich. You can add your own lettuce and onion to the sandwich when you get home that will be fresher and lack the oil and vinegar pickling liquid.

The meat on the Gourmet Italian is good and overall the sandwich is pretty good. Best of the 3 for sure.

Sadly overall the sandwiches are not worth the drive from Kyle. I had hoped they would be.

I was visiting from Fort Worth and stopped at the academy and had gone over to this sandwich shop after. I got the hot italian sub, the wait took a while but the sandwich was super good and extremely spicy. The best part was the customer service, all the employees were super friendly!

Ordered from the wrong Tucci's. Learned that the two stores are owned separately. Fortunately I realized my error and called immediately. Order canceled and it was refunded. If I had waited longer only half would have been refunded or if too long no refund at all. They were great about this and I will be very careful from now on to ensure my order is made at the store near me. Thank you Tucci's!

This place is great. The Cuban and Italian are tops here. I’ll be stopping by every time I’m in the area.

I usually get the Spicy Italian with a couple modifications but pretty much any sub here is good. This is one of the best places to get a good sub in Austin. It's worth trying if you havent already.

Tucci’s! One of a kind! At first I thought it was just some regular ole spot until I walked in the door then BOOM! All the flavors hit you in the nose at once. Definitely go check em out! Thank me later.

Came here hungry and wanting a satisfying lunch. Seriously disappointed with their bread to meat and condiments ratio.tasted like biting into cardboard and still hungry. And I'm a small person.

Ordered philly cheese sub. No cheese very bland. I do not know why in the world they are so careless. This is my second time. First visit took for ever. Come on guys get that grill guy going.

I’m a huge fan of pastrami sandwiches. This is the picture of the pastrami sandwich they have on the wall, which is clearly sliced pastrami.

After I took a bite of the sandwich, I noticed the bread was a bit soggy and I could barely taste the pastrami. I looked inside the sandwich and it had bits of shredded pastrami, which were very dry. I’ve had hundreds of pastrami sandwiches, and this was the first time I’ve seen shredded pastrami served in a restaurant.

I asked the guy behind the counter if the pastrami was supposed to be shredded. He said yes. I asked why they show a picture of sliced pastrami if they use shredded pastrami. He said that’s just what they use.

It was a hour before closing, so I thought maybe they just gave me what was left over. I was going to ask them to make something else, but dude just shrugged his shoulder. He reiterated that’s what they use.

I tried adding some peppers to see if it would taste better. Nope. It just tasted like soggy bread and bits of something that had neither the taste nor texture of pastrami. I threw away the sandwich and left.

I love hole-in-the-wall restaurants and had high hopes for Tucci’s.

Tuccis good basic sandwich shop food is fast and fresh. I had the cuban Sandwich was ok did not care for the marinade of the pork a mojo would knock it out of the park. Like a Miami cuban. The other subs looked greate and all told me they were awsome. The, soda machines had unique flavors with Mexican Coke. That was so good and tasty. I give it a good score amd give it a try
