Tuff Shed, Lewisville TX

We have purchased a shed, thinking we are dealing with a trusted and reliable company. However, we got frustrated and extremely disappointed with our installation process. During our installation we were informed that they miscalculated the material, necessary to cover our roof, so they were unable to complete the roof and they did not have the ridge vent that we ordered. The company informed us it will take some time to order that material. It took them a week. Sure enough, it rained. We were unhappy, as our roofless shed got wet. When a worker arrived to complete the project, he only brought the ridge vent. He had to go back to get our roof material. When he returned, he partially installed our roof and informed us that he has not been with the company long enough, has never done such installation (we've ordered the Pro series shed) and has not completed all his training necessary to complete the installation of our shed. He said they will be back on Saturday to finish the project. Today is Saturday, July 11,2020. Unfortunately, nobody showed up. The original installation date was June 29th, 2020. We were expecting the completion of our shed on July 30,2020. It did not happen: - (As of August 2,2020 - still no roof. Finally, we got blessed with a very knowledgeable specialist, who saved the day and finished our shed. Thank you, Lord Jesus. This miracle happened on August 6th, 2020. Glory be to the Lord!

Call them and get a quote. Best in town! Rich was a real professional and took care of us like family. Absolutely incredible price, fully installed and done, way less money than I expected to pay. Installers were very good with 20 years experience from such a high quality company. Easy to give 5’s.

Rich was fantastic guy to work with. No pressure to buy at all. The other shed options do not compare to Tuff Shed. The construction is worth every penny! The installation crew was also outstanding. I would highly recommend buying a Tuff shed!

Tuff Shed practices bait-and-switch tactics. Once you agree to a promotion, they stall until the promotion runs out, and then ask you to pay hundreds more.

Limited selection on-site, but they can custom build anything. Shuniqua was incredibly helpful.
