4Terrible customer service. Lied to me and said item will ship in a couple days. Then cancelled saying it was out of stock. Offered a mere 20% when was purchased on Black Friday. If blue is out of stock, offer me black for the same price because I was lied to.
Allison at the Woodlands store is the BEST. She made an awkward situation all smooth. She worked everything out effortlessly for me as the customer. She understood the need, already knew what I wanted, understood my style & OMG, this lady made it happen.
After a terrible experience at Nordstrom with their customer service, I was directed here by another shopper. Didn’t know the store was at Market Street and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I like that they are not overly helpful or pressure you into purchasing items. The store is small and boutique-like but they have a nice variety of items in stock.
Great place. Customer service was great. Associates are very helpful. Highly recommend this store. I am very happy with my purchase.
