I made an appointment for 1: 30PM. I checked in before 1: 30 and was told I would be called up in a minute and to take a seat. After waiting until 2: 00PM, I approached the desk again and was told that there had been walk-ins before me and it would be a while longer. Why did I make an appointment if you were going to prioritize walk-ins?
