Tune Up: The Manly Salon, Webster TX

The entire experience was great - it was actually wonderful. Melanie is very nice and a great asset. I normally have never liked getting my haircut, and shy away from it or only go when absolutely necessary. Melanie took her time, I could feel the care she was putting into it and her concern for my satisfaction. Even as I pointed out a few strays in my facial hair (which I was probably exaggerating), she calmly took care of them and ensured I had ample time to reverify the shave. I genuinely appreciate her and the pleasant experience she provided. I will be back and tell anyone who asks that I got my haircut and shave by Melanie at Tune Up on Bay Area Blvd.

Do not get your beard done here. They will just shave it off. Years of growth gone in a matter of seconds. I called and asked ahead if they had experience in beards. I was told yes, that was obviously a HUGE freakin lie. I have never been so upset with a business in my life.

Saisha is an absolute asset to y'all's business. She's friendly, professional, and kind. Quick and sharp with her work.

Melanie is an amazing hairstylist. She consistently makes you feel like you’re the only customer of her day and makes sure that all of your needs are met. She takes her time and is never rushed. It always amazes me how she can create a peaceful ambience from the consistently crazy chaos occurring between the other employees at the store. Melanie makes you feel important and worthy of her attention and care. She alone makes this location worthy of five stars.

Usually have Saisha as my stylist and I forget the lady's name that helped me most recently but she did a great job too.

I've been going to Tune Up for a long time (not all the same location). This place is fantastic. Last time I had mel and she was.

Another ridiculous and overpriced “Man Salon” most likely started by a female beautician who thinks men are dumb enough to pay $30 for a boys haircut. NEVER again!

The staff was great! It is a very relaxing environment where you can get a hair cut, beard trim and a tasty adult beverage.

10/10 would recommend as a second hand person coming in. We will definitely be coming back.

Best place for haircut. I have been searching for this type of place with great hairstylists.

Go elsewhere. The lady at check in (older white lady with kind of a Bob cut) has poor communication skills and clearly doesn’t have the check-in process down.

The first time I went here I loved it. The last two times, my experience declined significantly. This last time the lady I had cut my hair (Angel) tried to tell me I didn’t understand the concept of a haircut. Sorry ma’am, but we’re not putting a man on the moon. I just needed an edge up.

Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
