We are a return customer, and Turbo Home Services has serviced our house from routine maintenance (cleaning) to more emergency situations when our or our tenants have had issues with our aging HVAC. We've always been able to have someone come out and look at our situation on the same day (even if it's been late) 8pm+.

Not only are they great on response time, but they also are professional and courteous!

We are a return customer! We called Turbo at 3: 00pm about a leak from our attic AC unit. They sent a technician out before 5: 00pm that same day. Ken was very professional, kind, informative and made sure we understood the entirety of the issue and all of our options. We loved our experience and will always go back to Turbo for any HVAC issues and concerns.

Ken arrived within a couple hours of my initial call. Very thorough technician and had the parts and system repaired the next day. Highly recommend.

The company came down and checked our heater Gorge and Greg very nice and explained everything very well Thank you two guys for your advice your gave use.

Wilmer (plumbing tech) did an excellent job clearing a blockage in my sink pipe drain. Company offered prompt response on a holiday.

Easy to make an appointment and the tech arrived on time. Our tech, Christian, even came out to help us with our A/C on a Sunday and didn't make us wait! Thank you all very much for the quick help.

It was after 6: 30 pm (when most places have closed) when we noticed a leak - I started googling 24 hour plumbers and came across Turbo. Roy got to us without much wait time, and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Not only did he get to our emergent repair quickly but the company was very responsive and easy to get in touch with throughout the entire repair process. Would use them again for any future needs - highly recommend.

Robert arrived on time, he was extremely respectful of our home. He addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. Thank you Robert and thank yall at Turbo for hiring such great employees.

I looked up the two parts they installed and they were less than $300 and took less then 2 hours to install, they charged me $1300.that puts their labor rate at $500 an hour.called two other AC companies in the area and both told me it was a $500 or $600 job. I tried to discuss my bill with management and they kept having the technician call me, as if he set the price. Not to mention my AC still isn't Cooling and dripping condensation through the sheetrock of the ceiling. I strongly recommend you call someone else for your service needs.

Very poor experience. I called because my AC shut off during the day, but the AC turned back on shortly before they arrived at my door. However, they pressured me into looking at the unit even though I explained that the issue had been solved. I will never use them again due to their poor customer service and disrespect for their customers.

Do NOT call on them for services. They came out because our home warranty weren’t able to find anyone in time. They came out timely but did nothing to fix our AC. All he did was speak to us about purchasing a new AC. We explained to him how we hav warranty and would like to use it since we’ve been paying for it. Whether warranty paid for a temporary fix or replaced the whole system, we want to continue with them but just needed them to talk to our home warranty. It has been a week and we’ve been given the run around. One minute Jesus tells us warranty wants too much then he tells me he’ll call warranty at the end of business. That was Thursday and I have yet to hear from him. I call the office and they just ramble about warranty wanting too much and trying to contribute to get us to skip warranty and just finance system. I’m so disappointed that they chose the money over humanity. At this point I’m charging it to the game and just warning others to not make the mistake we made.

These people will lie to you and steal your money. They will over promise and then never show up. They will cheat she lie and are criminals!

We scheduled an appointment for Wednesday with time frame of 8-11 am. The appt was for maintenence, not repairs.
They texted early that morning to ask about which units we had, we responded. Later around 10 am They called and asked if we had power becuase half the city was out and if we needed repairs. We stated, no repairs needed and we have power. At noon, an hour after our time frame, they called saying they aren't coming becuase of other repairs jobs. I understand higher paying repair jobs taking precedence, I just wish they had been able to communicate in a more timely manner. They wanted to reschedule for Monday but no way I can waste another half day on the chance they might arrive.

Ths company is dishonest! They tried to trick me putting a used PV valve part in my water heater, so they said i needed a brand new heater.i called another company that replaced the used part that they utilized and solved the problem.i contacted them (manager Shaun) asking to refund my money and nothing was done. Responding: Yes you can do something: GIVE MY MONEY BACK as my wife asked you last friday. This is a Scam!

Reggie might of just talk me into buying a new unit.very professional and helpful with what I need.

I couldn’t afford to get my all of my AC system fix. But, Reggie explained everything to me and suggested to me to get one thing done at a time. I got my AC cleaned and it was dirty. I’m very thankful for his work.
