Very poor customer service. The lady here was so rude, I wonder if there’s someone I could talk too.

Great mix of flavors, just as good as I remember. Inside appearance could use some cleaning up though.

All I can say is wow lol, I’m not usually one to complain about prices. When want something I buy regardless of price. But just wow lol, 19$ for two small cups of yogurt!? What a freaking joke lol and if you compare the quality of yogurt to the Fairmont Location they are light years apart. The only good thing I can say about this place is that it was clean. But still I would stay away!

I moved to the area about 3 yrs ago and my daughter and I love frozen yogurt so we always go to Tutti Frutti by E. Sam Hou right beside JCP anyways I notice that when the older brown man (looks Indian to me) every single time he would check me out my total was quite pricey, now keep in mind I go there quite often and get the same thing now I know it's NOT always going to be the same amount everytime since they price the yogurt by oz but it was quite a difference for me to notice something wasn't right. So today I go and guess who's at the checkout? I decided to test out my theory that he overcharges for the yogurt.he starts talking to me almost as to distract me charges me 19.85 I pay with debit card and he hands me back my receipt with just the total on it. I notice that the amount of oz isn't on that receipt so how do I know how much he is charging me? I asked him to give me my receipt with the total of oz on it and he immediately got nervous and took about 5 mins to give to me I even asked him why it was taking so long and didnt answer me so when he finally gives me the receipt the total amount doesn't even match. I went to my car and debated if to confront him or not I decided that I am.went back inside and when he saw me it's like he knew why I was coming back. I told him I knew exactly what he was doing and he should be ashame of overcharging customers.he tried to deny it but I was not having it and he didnt have a good explanation so he gave me 20 dollars cash which proves my theory all along that he overcharges the frozen yogurt because 1. NO ONE asks for the receipt with the oz on it. 2.the scale they use doesnt show the number on the outside facing you like the scale Menchies uses so you can't see if he is charging you correctly. 3. A lot of their customers are Hispanic and dont know English therefore they dont ask. Please make sure when ya go to always ask for that receipt otherwise he is most likely overcharging. I'm not sure if he is the owner or manager but shame on him. I put pictures below of the receipts to prove I'm not lying. I also notice that on the receipts the times don't even match.

There was one girl working there today, July 23,2020. I was there around 1 pm. She was so rude. She never greeted us. Did not offer any assistance. The only words uttered out of her mouth was how much we owed. She was not friendly at all.

I took my girls to try this place for the first time since it was on our way home so we de acidez to see if it was any good. They liked the options of toppings to choose from. I was regretting not driving three more minutes to Menchis. I usually pay about $7 dollars for both my girls yogurt because they won’t finish a full cup and always get toppings. I ended up paying over $10 dollars. We never went back.

I'm a plain Jane person lol. My combination of strawberry kiwi sorbet and vanilla yogurt with a lil bit of strawberry syrupy and a dab of fruity pebbles cereal and I fell in love. The owner was extremely nice also

Wish he would have told me how much each scoop is. Its expensive. I went for the homemade ice cream. My favorite ice cream is butter pecan and I didnt really like their ice cream. They weigh everything and that all depends on your tottal.

Tutti Frutti is good. Store is clean, I guess. A bit pricey as well. Manager doesn’t train his workers at all. He expects you to learn quickly, BY YOURSELF. Manager is sexist. He doesn’t pay enough either. Don’t waste your time working here.

Yogurt is good. A lit of toppings and know they're even offering Mexican snacks. But the place is too crowded and not clean enough. Restroom seems to be out of order most of the time.

If you are going to add new things to the menu you need to be sure that you train ALL your employees to make those new items if you’re going to leave them there alone. I asked for peach green tea and your employee made me a smoothie. When I asked him to make green tea he said he didn’t know how to make it. I asked for black tea and he didn’t know how to make that either. What’s the point of having them on the menu then? I asked for a refund. He was the only employee working there. Very unpleasant experience!
