My boyfriend and I come almost every week. We have visited other locations but this is by far the best one! You can tell he really puts an effort into keeping everything clean and fresh. Now that we are regulars, we feel extremely welcomed every time. We are long time customers for sure!

Tall white male. Older guy was very rude. It was my first time there and he didn’t explain anything. I always see this place with no business because I work next door. No wonder why nobody goes there. The man is extremely rude. I will be reporting this to corporate.

Guy at register made our experience not a good one at all. Our first time going and was surprised the way we were treated. Especially to young children.

Guy in the front was extremely rude! Told my child that it wasn’t a buffet and was not welcoming at all. Rude rude man in the front.

Wish I would have read reviews before going here. All the negative experiences here are similiar to mine. What was meant to be a treat for one of my kiddos ended up being a really bad experience. Will NOT be going back. Staff is extremely rude. Not a children friendly place. Not a welcoming atmosphere.

Omg, i never write reviews, but the experience I had here was just weird and uncomfortable. I usually go to mechies, but decided to try this place for the first time and was excited to try something new. I asked the worker guy for some sample cups, since it was my first time in and there were all new flavors to me, and he got annoyed and said “I’ll do it” sternly (kinda weird) which he did then said “no more” after a few samples. So I never found a flavor I liked and just put a random one since I felt so uncomfortable. Then I go to the toppings section, and he is watching me and my friend like a hawk. Never took his eyes off us once. So I was nervous to “mess anything up” or make a wrong move somehow. Then he got annoyed when we didn’t put the scoop spoon back “correctly”and came over and fixed it in an annoyed way. So now it’s super awkward, uncomfortable and quiet. At that point I just tried to pay and leave immediately because I felt so anxious being there. Other than that, he seemed nice and told us to enjoy but as soon as I left there I went to go look at reviews because i knew there was no way someone didn’t leave one with the experience me and my friend had and it seems like this happens often. It’s not a comfortable environment and I will be staying at menchies. But maybe the situation was just misunderstood?

This place have became a home for me! I love love love smoothies and the tropical smoothie is my Favorite! You’re welcome as soon you walk in door, and it’s always clean and smelling so good! Mr. Steve is Awesome

I found the staff here to be very rude to my granddaughter. They stalked over her while she got her ice cream and even attempted to "teach her" how to add a topping to your ice cream and then rolled their eyes when she got a little ice cream on the spoon. #karen

I asked the Hispanic worker if I could try some because I had forgotten which one I got last time I had visited she said no they weren’t allowed since the pandemic when I had done a taste test already this year just forgot which one I choose

My two girls thought it was a very enjoyable spot to have great dessert and the topping variety is very largecashier was very nice also the coffee flavor was very good

It’s an adorable place. But the workers were so rude to us. They were making faces and was really impatient with us. Was laughing and smiling with all the other customers. I’m not sure whether it’s because we were Asian or something else but me and my family did not have a pleasant experience.

Omg! The raspberry pomegranate was amazing. Added coconut and it was just my tastes. Loved it. And the fun Boba beads just made it so great.

I love this place. Family friendly, or meeting spot with your peeps. After-school treat spot.you name it

Mr. Cashier always has not good looks at the children, even if they are kind, his face is always like buy your ice cream and get out of here.

Cute, little frozen yogurt place. I definitely recommend everyone coming here at least once and if you like it most definitely come back. It's self serve with great flavors to choose from. You also get to add your own toppings. It's pay by weight of what you add to your bowl so prices are definitely affordable. Go try it out, it's worth it!

This is a nice, clean place to visit and the yogurt is very good. I wish I could stop there. We are certainly not judgemental people; however, as people above have mentioned, this is not a kid friendly facility. Don’t be fooled by the Disney movies and toys set out. The man watches you like a hawk and makes even a grown adult feel shameful for using 2 (gasp) napkins! We have well mannered children, and if they aren’t, you better believe we are on it. Yet both of my kids have been barked at on different occasions in a jumped gun assumption type situations. He’s a nice man but unless it warranted or you have signs and ropes (children stand behind here/don’t touch) then you might want to stop with the crude outbursts. I really do respect trying to ensure you aren’t wasteful and burning through supplies, I do. But have some manners yourself. Took my little boy there for a reward and he ended up apologizing and feeling sad instead, even though he was sweet and well behaved. Follow the rules, don’t touch anything in the store, and leave your kids at home.

Love this place always clean and the people who run it are always nice and respectful! I would go here every day if the calories where free! Lol

Love this place! Absolutely love it! Mix and match. Throw some gummies on that bad boy. Add some white chocolate! Get a smoothie with it!

Absolutely love this place, the thai tea macaron sandwiches are so delicious. The home-made ice-cream and pastry combo is an original although parking sucks, it is worth going early mid week. But even if the line goes out the door, service is fast and you never end up waiting longer than 10 minutes which is worth the wait.
