TV Mounting Dallas

The initial TV set up was marvelous and helped my house become a comfy home. I really enjoy this service. Fast easy and great customer service.

I would give a 0 with customer service & -5 with work!

Do not hire them. I had them install a mount into my wall & the technician used two different bolts, screwed them in crooked and now I cannot get them out my wall. I’m positive the screw is stripped inside the wall.

They charge $125 for you to remove the it even though they installed it incorrectly! Find someone else!

It’ll cost you more to repair your wall when trying to remove it! Pictures below!

0/10 If you’re looking for dysfunction, disrespect, and a waste of time, you’re in the right place. I scheduled an appointment and was never asked how big my TV was (first red flag of an unprofessional installation). 1 tech arrived when 2 are needed to lift my 75” TV. I then had to reschedule my appointment after notifying them that 2 people will need to do the job. Now on my rescheduled appointment, AGAIN they send only 1 tech. When we call the company and speak to the manager he says, “he can figure it out, you guys can ask around for help”. I then had to step away from work to go door to door begging strangers for help to assist in the install. A simple install appointment ended up taking 3 HOURS, and caused me to miss almost 2 hours of work from wandering my apartment building looking for someone to help, after I specifically rescheduled the installation to have 2 techs come. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I regret booking with them.

Absolutely seamless experience, arrived exactly on time. I had trouble mounting my 75” in my bedroom, the installer was here for 20 minutes and it was literally completed. Looks amazing and my wife loves it! Will definitely use services again and highly recommend! Thanks for the great work!

This was an awful experience. The installer left holes in my walls. The television was mounted crooked, and the installer didn’t clean up the mess that was made from drilling holes in the wall. When I reached out to the person that I originally spoke with, he told me to talk with the installer.

Terrance came thur hiding all my wire and even cleaned up his mess and was done in less den an hour

First time writing a review but this was so bad I had to. The installer took 3 tries to mount and center a relatively simple tv in a cabinet. Scratched cabinets below tv during installation. When I called to speak with customer service they said "it isnt their problem" and that "they needed to end my call because they had other calls and my call didnt matter anymore" despite my call only being 2 minutes. Would not recommend at all.

Came to install my tv but also ended up helping me with my ceilings fans and other misc tasks around the house. Would recommend them above all.

I would certainly consider availing their services once more. Their willingness to assist and promptly accommodate my scheduling needs was evident and appreciated. Notably, their office hours diverge from their technical service hours, allowing for appointments to be conveniently arranged from early morning to late at night. The technician, Terrance, exhibited remarkable proficiency, attention to detail, and efficiency, all indicative of his extensive experience. I wholeheartedly endorse their services with a 100% recommendation.

I called tv mounting Dallas about their networking services. I have an acre out in decatur and put a cabin out for an office on part of it. I bought some equipment to do a wireless point to point. When JT got here and evaluated the situation, he proposed a wired run to the office. He and his partner worked hard most of the day to professionally run the cabling along eaves and later treched to my office. My router was a problem at the time they finished so we did just basic tests to confirm the cable. Shortly afterward, I resolved the router issue and found the cable wasn't working after all. I made an appointment for JT to come back today. He had me fixed within 15 minutes! Great guy, great service. (even for a Navy veteran lol)
