TWIC Enrollment Center, Training Center reviews
12 Very nice people
I was a walk in on a busy day and I still got out in a reasonable amount of time
will recommend going here
The person who receives you is super unpleasant, he doesn't even look at your face to ask you for the requirements.
Walk in no appointment and got in and out in a 30 minutes Very pleasant experience checked in at 8: 15 out at 8: 45 ladies are very nice and Jacqueline is very polite she’s is so sweet and nice and very quick and professional the card is $125.25 they take debit card
This is the worst experience I've had with this office. I've applied over 75 days ago and I have not received my Twic card. I have already received my Hazmat.which is the same investigation.what's the hold up. I'm about to loose my job over this.
In and out in no time without an appointment just make sure you get there early. Make sure you take the right documents driver licence, passport or birth certificate for twic renewal no cash. Jacqueline was a polite and professional employee.
6 times coming after getting the message " your twic is ready to be picked up " and the system is down.this is ridiculous what a waste.but the good new is the system is ok for charging 125$
Amazing service and friendly staff. We arrived 2 hours earlier than our appointment and within 20 minutes we were done. They deserve 10 stars
I came to this office for enrollment with my valid change of status (I-797A with I-94 at the bottom, TX drivers license and a passport as requested in my confirmation email. However, the front desk officer on duty said I can’t be enrolled with those documents till I have a green card which is NOT True. Apparently, the officer was struggling to even know what a form I-797A is. She was saying something totally different from what the website says. This is appalling, and needs to be addressed. Guess what? , I called the TWIC call center and the representatives that attended to me both said the documents were valid and do not know why the front desk officer is requesting for a green card. …
After reading some of the reviews I hope for a good experience. Which I received a great experience. All the ladies were nice and polite. I didn't have a appointment, went on a Friday at 8: 15, was done @9: 30.so not that bad. Thanks To All the Ladies working today.

I was helped by Jacqueline I was a walk in. Well initially i had an appointment scheduled but asked could I be seen at an earlier time. After standing in line the entire process didn't even take 30 mins it was quick brief and to the point idky ppl are saying they had bad experiences maybe its the rep they see idk my rep helped me and had good customer service.
It’s easier if you pre enroll on the website (universalenroll.she.gov) it literally takes 4 min to enroll to be seen as a walk in just make sure you bring the right documents either a valid passport or birth certificate, no expired drivers license or ID any name changes bring marriage certificate or name change document No cash I had to get a money order set for 125.25 or a card that has your name and not anyone else’s.it made my enrollment process quick your in & out great service!
TRASH PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE NEED TO BE FIRED HAD A APPOINTMENT AND COULDT GET SEEN UNTIL hour later go to another place just not this one waste of time
