Love This Doctor! I have A LOT of cats, the doctors and staff here have always gone above and beyond to care for my cats! I have several special needs cats that require a lot of care they make it easy. They won't break the bank and genuinely care for the welfare of the animal over monetary surplus. The support staff is INCREDIBLE! If you need a Vet, This is the place to go hands down for the best care your animal deserves!

Took my dog here years ago.overcharge me.took to another vet, and didn’t even charge me for bandaging up my dog. The other vet game me a cheaper alternative.

Everyone on the staff was really nice and accommodating of my dog. They offered a leash for me when I didn't have one. They also made the process very easy and straightforward.

Great staff, and extremely helpful. I brought my dog and the whole staff was wonderful. They worked with me on the best treatment for my dog and explained everything each step of the way.

Everything about my visit to Twin City Veterinary Clinic was excellent. From the first phone call to schedule an appointment, to the time I picked up my pet, everyone was so kind and professional. Dr. Scales is exactly the veterinarian I want to take care of my pets. Her and the entire staff was so knowledgeable and obviously love animals!

They sent me a sympathy card after the passing of my cat Leo. It was very comforting and heartwarming. Thank you!

The staff here is extremely kind. We drive from Orange (30 mins) just to use their clinic. They truly care about the pets and their owners. I highly recommend this clinic.

Love this vet clinic! I came exactly a year ago to bring in my cat for some cold symptoms that turned out to be a Respiratory Infection and a year later he gets sick once again with the same infection and had to bring him in again. Last time was with Dr Blotner and this time was with Dr Scales. They’re both great vets and they know what they’re doing and truly care for any and all animals. All the other staff is very nice and helpful as well. Highly recommend this vet clinic and the prices are great and they don’t take long at the appointments either.

This is the BEST Vet clinic I have gone to in all of Texas! I will and always recommend this place as it helped me through what was a very scary experience.

My Doberman (Kaia) had a Pyometra scare earlier this week and being away from our main vet (4 hours away) I decided to take a chance and visit Twin City Vet Clinic right when they opened on Monday morning. I didn’t have an appointment yet they accommodated me right away, since they provide emergency services. I explained my situation, filled out the necessary paperwork, and waited less than 10 minutes before I was brought back to a room and talked with the vet over my options.

D. V. M. Emily Scales, and the Vet Tech’s explained everything perfectly and went out of their way to make my extremely anxious Doberman feel okay throughout this whole process. They always had smiles on and were probably the nicest staff I’ve ever seen at a Vet Clinic! After an x-ray and ultrasound we discovered it wasn’t Pyometra, thank god, so we went home with antibiotics. At the end of our appointment Emily noticed I had my hands full with two dogs, (I had Kaia and brought my other dog, Zeus, as well) so they allowed me to pay from the room and exit out the back entrance to avoid any more high stress situations for my already anxious dog. They even called the next day to check on Kaia and make sure she was feeling okay!

Very polite staff treated my dog Asher like a King. They provided me with helpful information on how to care for my puppy. By me being a first time puppy mom. I would recommend them to any anyone

Very clean and nice place. My only issue that the nail trims are an additional cost and they hardly trim them. I always have to ask because I can’t tell as compared to when the groomer does it.
Also, I switched vets to this one and now I can’t get refills on prescriptions from the previous vet with out an additional appointment which of course is an additional cost. That would be his 4th appointment this year. Which is a lot for a healthy dog.
Disappointed because I like the prices and staff for the Most part

Literally the most comfortable and welcoming environment you could ask for. EXTREMELY nice and caring staff. Couldn’t ask for a better vet around this location!
