My wife was overcharged from price that was posted
When she asked the man behind the counter he said
Well that’s what it rang up for. She asked him to go check because the sign clearly had a different price
He then checks and said yup your correct
Then re rings it up said your all set.
3 large bottles all glass let’s her leave without a bag.
For the prices they sure could’ve afforded a bag I think.
And maybe a little customer service.

Bought an Italian white wine at the store without thinking to look at the vintage. I opened it and tried it at home only to find that it is undrinkable. I could taste that it was too old. The shop should know when to pull old wine off the shelves. White wine normally lasts from 1 to 5 years. This was a 2014. I suppose it is my fault for not checking the vintage, but I mistakenly assumed the shop would care enough about its reputation to remove old wines from the shelves.
