Angie was rude on the phone. Had a few different questions but was rushed off the phone with an attitude. Bad customer service. Sorry my call was an inconvenience.

Every time I go, their credit card system is out. Third time it’s happened today.
Waste of time and nobody could buy anything.
Beyond rude staff (Angie especially) during this holiday season.

The employees at this twins are absolutely lovely and the store has a large selection. Previous reviews complain about customer service issues, when that was just the employees following TABC laws. Everyone in your group needs an ID to buy alcohol, it’s the law. But the employees will help you with all of your liquor questions and needs. Love this twins.

Had a bachelor party of 8 guys, clearly 30 and over, 1 of us did not have thier ID and they turned us down.over 200$ lost in sales due to a power tripping manager

Large selection, beautiful displays, and great staff. Shop early in the day as the location closes early for Party Animal standards. The Anniversary Sale is a boozy steal!

Zero customer service. Not one person has ever said hello when I go. Wine is the same as found at HEB. Convenience is this chain's only offering.

Used to go here almost every week and usually receive friendly service. However the last 2 times Ive been treated poorly, was denied from buying despite presenting my of age ID. When I questioned why, the employee was very condescending. Service is mostly good, but a couple bad experiences are what drive the review

Won’t be giving this Twin Liquors anymore of my business. Grabbed a 10 year bottle of Templeton (there was no pricing label so we kind of guesstimated the cost — big mistake.) Upon check out with our 750ml & simple syrup, our total comes out to $101.00. We looked at each other with wide eyes and asked how much the bottle is $98- HA! Lol put it back please I don’t care if it aged 100 years. All the cashier said was “well it’s the 10 year so. ” I then informed her there was no pricing label so they might want to look into that.she literally had the worst attitude I’ve dealt with in customer service. I felt belittled and embarrassed because of *their mistake but instead of taking responsibility & helping out a loyal Twins customer, she ran me off. Thanks

TLDR; Go to Total wine. Employees are friendlier and don't accuse you.

Do you enjoy drinking with friends? Enjoy trying new drinks your friends suggest? Reading things at the store to enhance your knowledge on drinks? If you said yes to any of these questions then Twin Liquors is not for you. I was in here to pick up some Sake and Scotch when I stopped to read a chart on wine pairings. That is when I was told i couldn't be taking pictures. I'm sorry little worker lady that I was using messenger on my phone for the party I am hosting and after I showed the employee I was on messenger her response "Im just telling you". You just got cost Twin Liquors my business along with my family's bar. That was very rude and unnecessary. I have alot of decent to down right great experiences at several Twin Liquor locations, but that was enough to have me no longer shop at Twin's despite those experiences.

They wouldn't sell liquor to me because my friend, who wasn't purchasing anything, and is of age had an expired license. Waste of my time.

The guys over there are liquor specialists! The knowledge and enthusiasm they gave me, definitely helped out with my choices!

I absolutely love visiting this location. I will drive out of my way to visit this store. Andrew is the wonderful! He is so full of joy and happiness. Andrew, you need a girls night! Make it happen! Great prices and spectacular service!

I love this location. Been a regular at several other locations around the city for years, this one trumps them yall. Shout out to Fiona in particular; she was super helpful, kind and a hilarious conversationalist to boot!

Ordered online for pickup and it was ready 10-15 minutes later. Very quick transaction at the store.

I got to the doors at 8: 59, knowing that I was cutting it close but I knew exactly what I wanted and was going to be in and out in under two minutes with at least three bottles of alcohol totaling over $100. But they had already counted the drawer and locked the door and were walking to the back and then when they saw me they stopped for a second and then I waved and then they ignored me.

Seems a little silly to forfeit $100 for saving an extra minute of closing time.
