Twin Liquors, San Marcos TX

I'm from San Marcos, Tx. Twin Liquors are this location off of Thorpe Lane has been around for a years. I hardly ever go into this store to purchase anything. I've probably been to this store maybe 2 to 4 times. I always go to Spec's if I want any kind of liquor. But my point is that the girl who was working today on December 30,2023 Saturday wasn't pleasant. She didn't even greet me. She was too busy sitting down and I had called the store at least 3 times and no one answered. I knew they were open because I had googled to see what time they we open. So I had left and came back to get what I wanted to buy. Then was another person who was working alongside with the young lady. Be was rude too. Didn't greet me or said hi or asked if I found everything okay. I will never go back.

They carry "ANTIGUA CRUZ TEQUILA" IT'S SO HARD TO FIND! THEY ARE ALWAYS STOCKED.

Worst service EVER would NOT recommend going here, employees are incompetent and very rude.

I liked this store, but today my father was racially profiled, followed around the store by its employees, and treated rudely when trying to buy something. I won’t be shopping here anymore.

The Springtown San Marcos location has been my go to store for 6 years. I had always had great experiences there until about 6 months ago. They had boxes stacked up everywhere and the shelves were practically empty. Staff would be behind the counter chit chatting while I was going through boxes looking for what I needed. I started shopping at specs instead, even though it was twice as far.

I needed something last night and walked in with a friendly hello and if I needed help with anything. The store was immaculate, no boxes and the shelves were full. It was so refreshing.

The new store manager needs a raise! I wish I had asked for her name. She turned the place around, upper management should be super proud of this team!
