Two Amigos Tire & Wheels, Houston TX

Seems like some cool guys however I bought 4 tires and one of them was a bad tire, took it back to have it looked at and yes the guy repaired it for no charge. Bout time a made it home tire was still having issues holding air. I have to go back for a 3rd time and this time I need a different tire or my money back I'll up date after that experience. So far, I am not pleased at all… FRUSTRATING

By the time one tire arrived home it was still having trouble holding air. I have to go back a third time and this time I need a different tire or my money back, I'll catch up after that experience. The location and the prices are great. In the beginning, so is the customer service. However, just because I am not Latino does not mean that I deserve less than great customer service. You don’t have to rush me. I had a situation where someone tried to use my bank card and it was locked so I needed to clear that up before I could pay them for their service. Meanwhile, the boss is constantly reminding me that my car is ready rushing me to hurry up and pay. I had to tell one of his employees to explain the situation to him so that he could calm down. You can lose a lot of customers with bad customer service and always remember a first impression makes a lasting impression, and that was not a very good Good one for me.
