Would recommend them to anybody and everybody! Their classes keep the kids engaged and focused, and keep everyone coming back for more. They’re great with their students staying active while also teaching them core values that will stay with them forever!

My family joined the TXBBA almost a month ago. My husband and I were recommended by a friend when we expressed to them about our 6yr old behavior at school not being the best.
He would receive more straight faces and sad faces than smiley faces.
We attended their free Anti Bullying class for the first time about 3 weeks ago and our son was hooked! He had that sparkle in his eye when the class was over.
The administrators who signed us up were helpful and kind. I loved the fact that they informed our son what his responsibilities were and it wasn't mom and dad's job to ensure he had what he needed for class.
They also gave him a workbook for his first 8 weeks in class that have character building home work for him to do each week.
My husband and I loved the Dojo so much, we joined as well! The instructors Fernando and Jamie are amazing, and so patient with the kids! I have noticed my confidence risen and my husband self worth went up as well.
My husband has felt he was lacking purpose other than being a husband and a parent - he desired a challenge.
He found Brazilian jujitsu at TXBBA and fell in love. I love seeing him so excited to go to class. It has warmed my heart so much.

Fantastic Sensei teaching children of all ages the discipline, respect, and responsibilities needed for our future leaders.
My son started at 4 years old and has grown to a strong black belt learning daily to prepare for the world ahead of him. Highly recommend!

Do not take your kid here! I paid over 1500$ (still billing me with fees included) for 1 or 2 classes! Wouldn't cancel or work with me when I had a life event. Now call and harass me when I don't have the money. Feel really scammed into signing up.

My son just started attending classes here and he is loving it! The instructor is great with the kids and interacts with all of them. Not only do they learn to defend themselves, but the instructors teach them responsibility outside of karate. This has been such a great move for my son as he is very timid, but the instructors are great at what they do and make the kids feel comfortable. Love this school and would definitely recommend it!

This place is such a scam! They just sit the kids in the corner and ignore them. And when you get sick of paying for your kid to sit around all class they refuse to let you cancel the classes. You are not allowed to cancel classes during the week, you are not allowed to cancel over the phone, and you have to schedule a meeting with the owner on HIS schedule (which he only has openings on some Saturdays) to actually cancel. They schedule them in the middle of the month so you get stuck paying the fees for the whole month.

This place is amazing! My child when he started did not have the confidence in himself when he came here. He has changed in one year into this amazing young man who has so much confidence in himself who isn't afraid to try anything and willing to help anyone. We Love All the instructors who work hard to insure that every child gets the attention they need and deserve. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
