TX Burger

Not a single car in front of me when I arrive and only 2 cars in the entire parking lot. Paid for the food.and Literally waited 20 minutes at the window waiting for my food from 2: 45 until 3: 05 and finally got my food. On top of that I looked in the bag and they gave me small fries when I paid for large fries.told the lady and amazingly within 30 seconds I had a large Fry handed to me. 4 cars were behind me when I left. How is it possible that it takes 20 minutes to make a handburger.at 3 pm on a Saturday.when NO ONE IS EVEN THERE? Burger was decent but for $15 and 20 minute wait, I'll pass next time and go to sonic!

Well, this is both a TX Burger and a Subway. I had a tuna salad at Subway and it was very good. The employees actively keep the store clean. I would definitely stop here again on my next Texas trip.

Stopped while on a road trip. The service was nice and the prices were okay. The meat was way overcooked. The place was very clean, line too fast at it. I got up and went to the rest room and the person with me got a refill. About 10 feet away in that time the table was cleaned and my drink was thrown away. Not an issue, they replaced it but it was nice to see a staff that responsive.

Wasn’t all that good to us. I gave them a star for good fries and the corn dog. The burgers were meh. This picture is a kids burger…. Might as well have been a sausage patty.

Longer than normal wait time. Cheese burger was just ok. Over cooked and just didn't taste quite right.

I love Texas Burger hamburgers, usually. I stopped at the Tx Burger in Buffalo Tx. It had been over a year since I had eaten a Tx burger so I was anticipating getting a really good burger. Unfortunately the meat was very very overcooked, dry and tasteless. I ate it anyway because we were pressed for time and wouldn't be able to eat anywhere else for several hours. As we were leaving I went to the counter to let the young man know the burger was, way, way, way overcooked. I then went into the restroom before we continued our trip. The young man then mocked me. My daughter was standing at the counter to order some ice cream and heard him. She had something to say to him about his mocking me. She asked to speak to the manager. I was returning from the restroom when a young woman came out and said we needed to excuse the young man because he was just a kid.needless to say I will not be going back. Being young does not excuse being rude.

I used to spend my summers and Thanksgiving holiday in Buffalo and we always used to go to the Texas Burger cause this was in the 80a and 90s and we'll that was all there was, it's so great to know they are still there and still awesome

Nice TX Burger / Subway joint location.
We were going to order burgers but after going in, decided to order Subway protein bowls. The food was good, comfortable eating area and nice location close to I-45. We liked the location offered the nice menu options from TX Burger and Subway.

I haven’t had Texas Burger in 25 years since they had a location in Tyler. Stopped by on the way to Austin and got the double. For those complaining about the size of the Maverick, get some money out of your pocket and get the burger itself. If you’re a real man get the double. Yes, it’s more expensive but remember folks you get what you pay for. Amazing burger, seasoned fries and sweet tea!

1st time that I have ever been there and I will definitely go back I order a patty melt with fries it was absolutely delicious it came with bacon what's not to love about that it was cooked to perfection fast friendly service good prices has a good menu and is clean the french fries are seasoned and are they good if you are in Buffalo or even close it's a definite stop and grab a bite.

TX Burger has great tasting burgers. The fries are delicious. My burger has hot and fresh.its a great place to get some good food. I think you should try them.

Worst service ever! No wonder the line was small, then it took 30 mins for me just to get to the window and there was only two cars ahead of me and one of those was at the window. Close please and do the world a favor.

I was on my home from Dallas to Houston, and saw the sign for TX Burger. I stopped in - and was so pleasantly surprised, they had a veggie Garden Burger! It was cooked perfectly! The staff is friendly, the restaurant and restrooms are clean. It's a really nice little Burger place right off of 45 in Buffalo TX. I will definitely return.

It's a combination restaurant with a subway too. Texas Burger is better than McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's. They also have seasoned fries. The food may take a little while but that's because it's fresh.

I'm seriously shocked! The onions on my burger were thicker than the patty! I thought I ordered a cheeseburger but what was brought to my table was more of a veggie burger at best. The meat patty, aka semi edible computer disc, was not only wafer thin, it was so over cooked that attempting to bite into it could result in some serious dental work! Same goes for the onion rings! Hard enough to use as weapons in case of a zombie-pocalypse! The second pic is of the edge I had to remove from the meat just to be able to bite into it. My key is a reference as to the thickness. The bread part was so large I had half a burger left that was meatless.which actually was better than it was with the crunchy meat patty! I complete waste of $21!
