5Avoid this place at all costs if you are going to be loading here. They say strict appointment. My appointment was at 5, got here at 445, backed into the loading dock at 5, still sitting here getting loaded and ots 8: 30 p.m. Very slow, dont care about truck drivers and logs. They are loading 2 pallets every 30 mins. Will never come here again.
Worst place ever 5 hours to unload 3 hours on dock, lady on the forklift "busy" doing nothing just talking with coworkers lost my reload on a friday afternoon in Dallas, what a nightmare.
This place is a 24 hour facility by appt, tried to work-in a day early and was told to come back at the appointed time. Not sure if this place is ever flexible on the receiving end. If anyone else writes a review, please share whether or not this place is flexible.
The guy in shipping was real nice and they loaded me before my appointment time. Can't beat that.
The guy in receiving acted like he didn't want to unload me had a 8 am delivery was in door at 630 then another truck shows up and his appointment was from day before but unloaded him first
