Greeted us and quickly took care of our two Lagotti that ate a package of red grapes! Kept us informed through the process and coordinated with poison control hotline with ease! Thank you for taking good care of our furry family members!

The vet/medical staff are lovely and amazing, they absolutely saved my kittens life. They called regularly with updates, and they answered all of my questions, and were patient with me being a complete scatter brain at the time (a combo of worry and complete lack of sleep for the previous week on my part). The front receptionist staff on the other hand was quite atrocious. I’m guessing they have become this way because they have seen some really awful people come through that have said and done some ugly things, but please don’t assume that all humanity is bad/evil and treat customers with some humility and grace. Especially since I’m paying you a small fortune to save a stray kitten I picked up off the street.

My dog, Tater Salad, would have died if it weren't for them. It is expensive, but they were so helpful, and spot on with diagnosis.

Very nice staff and clean facility. Called them prior to coming in and they let us know what to expect for wait time.we were coming from Lake Fork. We were seen to an exam room quickly. Very professional staff. Would recommend in an emergency.

Great! New to Tyler and one of our pups fell ill. These guys were fantastic in being there on a holiday to take care of our dog.

We were well taken care of on a holiday weekend. All the staff and doctor we saw were friendly and informative. And they have a really nice waiting area with a large assortment of snacks and drinks.

I’ve had to take two of my fur kids here who were very sick and they were kind and helped me as they went over the Rainbow Bridge. While I pray I never have to come here again, I won’t hesitate to bring my other fur babies here.

I couldn’t thank Tyler Animal Emergency Hospital enough. If it wasn’t for them taking amazing care of my dog I don’t know if he would be here today. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Thank you to the doctors who performed the surgery and got my dog through it all. If you are ever in need I recommend bringing your animal here.

They did a great job taking care of Emma. She still not doing very well, so please some prayers for my baby.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. My family and I have had to come to this hospital during some of the hardest times for our fur babies and we have been met with minimal compassion and what felt like heavy judgement this last time. Being the only emergency vet near us, they have the right to set astronomically high prices. This is understood, but what is not understood is how my family can be told that a several thousand dollar deposit is needed IN THIS MOMENT because a “decision needs to be made sooner rather than later. ” When asked for a second to think, the tech appeared very judgmental and was borderline shameful towards us for this request. Stating again that it was urgent and a decision needed to be made he left the room, and did not return. We had to ask to see a vet or other technician almost 30 minutes later since we did not want to waste time when this was such an apparently urgent matter. The vet came to speak with us and was so kind and explained the reasoning for the urgency and talked through the process with us without ever having the condescending tone to her voice that her technician did, which we were really thankful of after our initial 1-2 hours there. We made the decision to treat over night for the safety of our fur baby, but did absolutely everything we could to get him to our regular vet in the morning. Pets are family. This should be kept in mind by the staff members and I do truly hope that this technician was having an off day and that this is not who he is daily. I wish I could say that I would never come here again, but my pets do not deserve to have to ride out a crisis until their regular vet is open again, so I’m sure I will be forced to return at some point. I would not recommend this hospital if it can be at all avoided.

Awesome staff! Helped immensely and very quickly! They were super informative and worked with a budget that I had to stay within while also putting my dogs care first!

Tyler animal emergency hospital was amazing. Our small dog had Parvo and hook worms from the breeder we got her from. They saved her life.

Quick care for our injured cat. As a pet owner, I've never experienced an animal needing care on a Sunday, but this clinic was open, and we were in the back within 15 minutes. I'm impressed with the speed and care shown here.

The service thus far has been excellent. I have encountered professional employees that are here to care for others' animals.

Went there for my dog drooling, and throat closing up. After being there for over 2 hrs, no blood was drawn and staff was not helpful nor polite. Went to a vet in Athens the next morning and instantly found the issue and it was poison. Never recommend this place.

Charged me $2000 up front to tell me that my dog was untreatable and I would basically just have to wait until my dog had a seizure she couldn't come out of and then put her down. Bullcrap.
