I received excellent care (stitches) and left with clear instructions. I also got in and out quickly which was wonderful!

Tyler Complete Care is the BEST urgent care facility in Tyler. I always make them my 1st choice for medical needs for my family. The staff is always great and compassionate and take the time to listen to my family's concerns related to their medical needs. Great care here once again. I was seen quickly and all of the staff treated me very well. This is the best urgent care in Tyler.

I visited Tyler Complete Care suffering from congestion and fever. Dr. Bill Wallace and his staff quickly admitted me and diagnosed my ailments. Dr. Wallace provided a very thorough explanation to my wife and I of what he diagnosed and how we should proceed with treatment. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of Tyler Complete Care, and strongly recommend them.

Unfortunately, I’m a repeat customer. Fortunately, the staff is AMAZING! Every contact from reception to physician is really great.

All of my family has been seen here over the past 4 years. Always pleased with the short wait time and appreciate the attentiveness of the staff. Facility has recently changed its name from Tyler Complete Care to Complete Care, but there is no noticeable difference. They do charge $59 when you check out and file with insurance. They used to charge $200 at time of service so I won’t know how that impacts what I owe once insurance pays for awhile. Overall, I go out of my way (25 minute drive) to this clinic for my urgent care needs.

Very nice place. Everyone is very accommodating. I would have given 5 stars, but I asked for a return call about a prescription discussed, but never received any kind of follow-up. However, I have received more than my fair share of review requests. I appreciate the care, thank you.

The staff was amazing and I got in fast.very little waiting. Every single person I interacted with were very sweet, professional, and caring. It really was a personal experience. The Doctor also just didn't treat my symptoms but dug a little deeper for the root cause and also referred me to a specialist. I'd like to have this place as my PCP.:)

Fast to be seen, can do soooo much in office! Open up front about costs! Not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for!

We have used Tyler Complete Care several times and it has been a great experience everytime! They are great with my children and never a long wait. All staff have been exceptional, doctors, nurses and front desk!

I’m from out of town and this urgent care office was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and the wait was short. The doctor took his time to answered all my questions and sent me to a pharmacy close to where I was staying. I highly recommend them.

Quick in and out. Very professional staff. Doctor was explanatory about options for treatment. Upfront pricing over the phone. My wife used this facility about 9 months ago and her experience was the same. Well done.
