My son had an appointment at 11 yesterday morning right he needed some eye drops bad went to the pharmacy they didn’t have them I call and turns out the nurse never even sent them * keep in mind my baby is 1 * so they tell me that I should wait up in till the end of the so I do and I go and then what it’s still not there I wait til today I call the them and ask if they ever sent the freaking prescription and yes it was approved but it wasn’t sent to any pharmacy soo now my child is going to go another day without these eye drops he needs ABSOLUTE CRAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP I’ve been calling allll day and no office answers this RIDICULOUSSSSSS
Dr. Whitney is awesome! She always takes time for her patients and doesn’t try to rush through our appointment. The office staff is always nice and very helpful!
WORST CLINIC EVER. HOUSTON ST HAS TO BE THE WORST CLINIC I EVER SEEN. ESPECIALLY THE MEXICAN SKINNY LADY UGG SHE NEEDS TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL OR SOMETHING. THE ONLY GOOD THING I LIKE ABOUT THIS CLINIC IS NURSE LIDIA SHE IS THE BEST SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING. ALSO DR SMITH THAT IS IT BUT FRONT DESK NEEDS TO CHANGE THE ATTITUDE
I absolutely love our pediatrician and how caring and positive she is. I was quite surprised by how amazing the care is for being a Medicaid based facility. Always clean. Usually the wait isn't too long.
Thes front staff treat you really wrong! They really need more people who loves to work with childrens & parents They always with their attitudes!
