Tyler Laser Wash

Had a really bad experience today, at the touchless car wash it has been going down in its quality for the last couple of months, spoke with the owner today and was telling him about it wasn’t cleaning that well he told me maybe I need to find a new car wash good customer service! So I am looking for a new touchless car wash.

Biggest waste of money. Constantly down to one bay and the cycle cuts off half way robbing you of your money and leaving soap all of your car. Do not use this place. Almost 9 times out of 10 one wash bay is functional. 10/20/2022 8: 23 am I was washing my car and right in the middle of the process it shut off, lazy up keep and no way to get ahold of someone.

I use to love going to this car wash, as it has always been one of the best in Tyler, but the last 6 mos I have lost money on several occasions due to it having problems almost on a weekly basis. I’ve tried reaching out in the past but was not able to leave a voicemail on their machine. This place definitely needs to be upgraded. The vacuum services have taken my money as well on many occasions. Please do better so we can come back and support this local business.

Excellent touch less carwash.wife has a Porsche and loves that it doesn't use any brushes. Just a hard spray track around and on top of the vehicle. Top wash is $10. Car comes out very clean.

Best car wash in town! It's very hard to find a touchless carwash these days so we love coming here and Joe the manager is a pleasure to deal with!

It did a nice job for being a touchless car wash. Super quick and very affordable! Best wash is only $10. It’s also open 24/7. Like that it includes rain x coat too

Busy. Good pricing and decent wash. Always clean. If you're looking for a touch less wash this is a good location.

Did a solid job. Only draw back I can find is that it only has two bays and can back up into the road. Prepare to wait or come during off hours to optimize time. However no complaints on the wash. It is what you should expect from a touchless car wash.

It use to wash really good. But now it doesn't really work. The receipt is always empty. Needs attention big time

Still in my opinion the best no touch car wash in any state. I've traveled to over 48. I guy gave me a free car wash coupon for a chain automatic wash that uses brushes and fiber that would contain debris from the car (hopefully not a Jeep that is rode hard like mine) to scratch your finish. I gave it to someone else. New recent photos bigger tires and rims I don't mind scratching on rocks off road. That's really the only place I pick up scratches. Never at Tyler laser wash. When my jeep IS clean (for about a day) I just left Laser wash.

This is absolutely the best auto car wash in East Texas. 10.00 for the top of the line wash. These Gatling gun sprayers clean your wheels before you even get to the stop point. Very thorough cleaning. Even when it switches from one type of wash to the next, they bleed out the previous stuff before starting the next process. Kind of hard the first time going through the dryer/Blower with 75 secs on the clock. After a few times, and I only go there with multiple cars, you get the hang of it. Nice vacuum's. After. And before.

Update 8/28/20

Happened to go to my favorite car wash again. Stayed on the left bay. I know it works well. Cleaned up my Jeep from the recent rain and burn pile ash I had going on my yard. Again. Just the easiest way to clean your Jeep. Because of the light bar and spare tire carrier I bring a roll of paper towels to do some finish work. But after leaving I went to AutoZone a few doors down and got "ducked". A fairly new fad where people with jeeps that place a rubber ducky on your Jeep and leave a note of who did it. Luckly, I just left the laser wash and my jeep was picture perfect.

It's so bad, I'd rather put mud on my car didn't even wash it, vacuums don't work

I have a 4Runner that has a rack with crossbars on top so I am unable to go through traditional car washes with brushes. Tyler Laser Wash is the ONLY touchless car wash that I have found in East Texas that can get my rig clean with no left over soap or residue plus the added bonus of Rain-X. I wish they had other locations closer to me. I love this place!

I went to this car wash after getting scratches on my car brand new car. I used the $12 wash and when I got out to see how well it did there were still bugs all over the front end and side mirrors. And I’m assuming bird poop on the sides. I wash my car once a week so it could not have been caked on too much. I decided to use the vacuum and was let down again when I paid a dollar and there was hardly any suction. A complete waste of money and time.

I give it a run because after going through the carwash I had to go and re-watch it at another place because it had lines from where the water jets hit the car so my car look like it was striped. The water jets clearly are not lined up properly

Love this car wash! Have been using it for years. Made the mistake of going else where right after I bought my new truck was and was devastated. That other place damaged my windows and owner refuses to answer the phone. So I will definately remain to come over here even if its put of my way.
