Dr Hinkle is very thorough and is concerned about his patients. You can tell he is very caring and also wants what’s best for each of them. He takes his time and does not rush through to get to his next patient. All the staff have been friendly as well! It’s nice to find someone like Dr Hinkle and his staff.

Was in pain getting all teeth pulled and ask for pain relief medication and was giving nothing for pain. The infection is gone away but still alot of pain waiting to have all teeth pulled. See how it goes.

Tyler Oral facial surgery, specifically Kourt Chatelain, did amazing on my wisdom teeth extraction. The whole staff was friendly and explained everything multiple times not leaving any information out, they also answered any questions I had! I really do appreciate Dr. Chatelain and his amazing staff!

I had to change dentist because the oe I went to outside this place wanted me to have denture implants meaning I would have to loose all of my money from Insurance at 1 time. This place refused to let me pay out 2,420.00. They were wanting to take the 2,900.00 that I had left on Insurance and the 3,000.00 in January when it came in. Almost 6,000.00 and then me have to pay another 3 to 5 thousand more. MOST DENTIST AND DOCTOR'S DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS, THEY ARE ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT A DOLLAR. MAYBE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT POOR PEOPLE IN GENERAL. I DID FIND SOMEONE TO DISTRACT MY TEETH FOR 400. HE DID THIS 1 DAY AFTER MEETING ME SO A LOT OF MY CARE WOULD BE TENDED TO BEFORE MY INSURANCE RAN OUT AT THE END OF THE MONTH. THANKS TO DR. GRAY A DENTIST OF 25 YEAR'S THAT WAS CONCERNED ABOUT MY MOUTH. HE IS NOT IN YOUR OFFICE.

I found the wait to be too long to get in to see dentist. I was told to get there 15 minutes early since I was a new customer. It was then 45 minutes to see dentist. I do realize waiting room was full and it was start of new year new deductible but I’m not sure if processing was slow or they overbooked. Dentist and assistant were amazing and I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a recommendation.

Fast, not painful, done on time.convient location, easy to get in and out of parking lot, place was clean, staff was polite and efficient.

These doctors and nurses are the best! Especially Dr Terres— excellent surgeon and great commmunication with both me and my daughter, whose surgery he did!

Very friendly staff Bree was excellent with medical explanation of procedure however I chose to use only local anesthesia had great experience no pain with tooth extraction with my local dentist Propofol is known to have 01% to 1% Cardiac Arrest rate and has shown learning and memory deficits in animal studies

While I hope to avoid future oral surgeries I can't express enough the positive experience I had at TO&FS. Extremely professional and pleasant to work with - from front desk to procedure. The entire procedure was a breeze. Post op is unremarkable with zero pain or discomfort. Great bedside manner by all - especially my prep nurses. Surgeon is super-experienced. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience, other then we where asked to be there at 7: 15 and didn't get called back until 9. The staff and doctor where amazing

They are really quick and professional. I've used them a couple of times because I have really bad teeth. It's always a relief and the staff is friendly.

They treated me well. Before l knew it my 4 teeth were extracted & l would use them again.

I spend more time driving to Tyler than in the waiting area, getting x-rays, seeing Dr. Saigusa, and booking the next appointment. That's not the case for some of my other appointments. I feel my time is valuable to them, as well.

Hello I hope all is well with each you I was well pleased with Dr. Hinkle and his crew yall were truly a blessing to me the warmth and compassion I felt from each of you I will never forget an Dr. Hinkle you are amazing an your assistant and to receive a phone call from you right after surgery when I made it home that really meant the world to me I have never had a doctor do that an iam 49 years old you are truly blessed anointed and appointed for the job keep going forth cause I know you have been a blessing to many people an as for your assistant I can't remember his name an please forgive me but let him know to keep doing what he is doing because he is just straight forward and compassionate at the same time it's needed in this day an time love you all and God loves yall more stay blessed

Outstanding communication with Dr. Torres and entire staff! In a. Ned out fairly quickly even with anesthesia for a procedure.
