15Signed me lease late in August, but Sireen helped me through the process and made it painless and simple. Always a great person to talk to when i’m in the office, and always ready to assist me with whatever I need. One of the realest! Quiet place to live compared to larger complexes and love my neighbors.
The apartment and amenities were very clean and well kept. Aaliyah was super helpful and so nice on my tour. She answered all my questions and was very patient! Would recommend her to anyone getting a tour!

Parking is hassle free and open. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Being in walking distance from TT stadium is definitely a plus too.

Super cool and friendly staff. I was a past resident and never had any problems here at UClub. The CAs are always willing to help and the management is dedicated to their residents!

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. Firstly I was dog sitting for one weekend. During that weekend I had to go to Dallas for a family emergency and the dog barked ONE TIME. I got 100 calls from uclub about it so I fixed the problem but they threatened to call the shelter to pick him up and they also threatened to evict me. My neighbors who complained to uclub had put dog poop on our porch 3 times and called the police on me and my roommates for no reason but uclub didn’t do a single thing about that. Our neighbors also had a cat living on their front porch for months but uclub didn’t care. When I called uclub about the “illegal pet” email to clear things up the lady was EXTREMELY RUDE with the worst attitude. There’s plenty of other places to live right next to uclub probably with better management.
