U-Haul Moving & Storage of Castle Hills, San Antonio TX

My car stopped in the middle of the street and I was able to move on their parking lot.
The women at the desk were very generous and helpful with me until I could get my car back up and running. Thank you Catherine and Serenity

WARNING: BE CAREFUL RENTING OUT A STORAGE UNIT IN THIS UHAUL, storages have been broken into 3+ times this year, along with people’s vehicles being broken into. The manager is CARELESS and unorganized, she has anger issues (do not be fool by her voice if you do end up going to this uhaul), along with poor communication skills which driven many tenants/customers away especially when complaining about their units being broken into, locks being cut without consent, or improperly processing payments. Many people have reported Catherine but her higher ups have done nothing to reprimand her. She also say ignorant/racial comments so if you’re hispanic/ African American/ Asian, please be aware.

Check in and out was simple. However customer service was horrible and needs much improvement. The lady was rather rude, unfriendly, and short tempered.

Someone had given me wardrobe boxes without the metal bars. I went by this location and the lady that works there was soooo nice and provided me with metal bars at no charge. She was also willing to go out of her way to look in their storage for more if needed. All of this when it was 5pm, closing time. Much appreciated for her help!

Worst experience I have ever had. Discrimination.

Catherine is the most patient and pleasant person to work with. She was able to help sort out an issue where we were being bounced around different uhaul places. She was able to help us right away and get us situated. She was amazing thank you!

They have very good customer service and everything clean. Reasonable prices. U-Haul always have reasonable prices better than other places.

This uhaul has gone downhill. Gates don't work, new staff not friendly or helpful. They just raised my rate and services are bad. I will move my business ASAP.

We truly enjoy and appreciate the efforts made for us during Covid 19. A new change of events for us seemed like everyday business for these fine people- "thank you".

We made a registration online and when we came to pick it up we we turned away. Lied to by the representative at the site. She stated there were no vehicles available and that she had no idea what location could be the one from our reservation. I would have been less frustrated if she said hey we don’t rent to people of color. The lies made no sense.

The company I'm employed with resides their office & storage spaces there. Management is courteous and helpful, but as for some of the other companies are disrespectful, rude, nosey, and constantly complain to management for just about anything.

The best customer service! Super helpful even though I was not able to find what I was looking for at that exact location. They went above and beyond to find what I was looking for at another location.

Its been a great experience so far nice and friendly staff complimentary coffee water fountain and and an OUTSIDE ENTRANCE BATHROOM is a major A plus in my book my only complaint is the front entrance is a bit tight right on the access road it's a little scary with speeding cars right behind you when trying to navigate with other customers in the driveway as well but all in all a great experience one stop shopping rented my truck and got a free month on a storage unit all in one stop looking forward to taking advantage of there office spaces and possibly there where house spaces as well

I had a seamless experience here. I chose this location cuz of good reviews, they were helpful and every inch of everything was smooth. I highly recommend doing business with THIS specific location. Great experience at an otherwise stressful time (moving long distance)
