Sometimes the units are in need of maintenance, but the workers are not hard to find. Expensive compared to other options, but far easier to deal with.

GREAT place to rent a truck. Friendly folks, supplies that cost less than other stores, 24/7 access.

I brought the truck back hours earlier and they still insist I owe more money. Plus the lady was lazy

I rent utility trailers on a regular basis for my business. The service is excellent and their trailers are maintained well so I've never had any problems. Convenient hours and location.

So I made a reservation yesterday and got a good price and paid it then went to store pick it up today and they had me pay again! Double the amount! Let this be known for those of you out there. I will never be using U-Haul again.

Hours were incorrect on website so I had to pick up through the app which required documentation I did not bring with me on my trip. Staff and customer service helpline were very unhelpful. Return process confusing with poor signage for how to do online returns when front lot is full. Will not be using U-Haul again hopefully

The staff here have been friendly whenever I have needed them and the storage units are what's to be expected. I like being able to go in whenever I need to although I did have an issue once where during the day the building my storage unit was inside had a door that was locked from the inside. There was another door that was opened so I had to go through there, around and open the door closest to my unit. Other than that, I have not had any issues

Staff here is great and super accommodating. We rented from here several times and they went out of their way to be sure we were comfortable and safe.

Made a reservation in advance and had no issues with availability. This location is convenient for me. They were also able to fix/replace a trailer tire for me so that I wouldn't have to wait for roadside assistance. Great customer service overall.

I have used you guys four times with teens moving and emptying storage. You make rental super easy.

They had the trailer I was looking for, minimum fuss getting connected and at the drop off. Quite pleased, intend to use them again in the immediate future.

Good location right off highway 3. They work with you if changes need to be made to reservation. Kind of short staffed but they try to accommodate.

Poor service by Consuela. Not able to help me with what I required when previously assured with reservation that my needs would be met. Have used other UHaul locations for the same task without issue. Discourteous and a huge waste of time. Would not recommend using this location.

Well if you want to walk into a place with 4 guys standing and listening to rap beats whole time and laughing then over to one telling you, I thought you were gonna hit me while he backs you into a trailer and proceeds to say he needed that insurance money, id say you'd be ok here but I felt uncomfortable walking into this and definitely uncomfortable leaving, mind you without a trailer since he claimed it was my truck when in fact it was his trailer and made me come back next morning at 8 when they didn't open till 9. Never will I go here again.
