I’m from Atlanta I just moved here smh I’m regretting it already just by the attitude of the sales guy named James from this U-Haul location. I approached him in the store so I could return a trailer. I didn’t get a normal greeting as all customers should “hi, how are you? How can I help you? ” He didn’t introduce himself and didn’t give me or my mom clear instructions on what he wanted us to do. He also stood there in front of us eating chips watched us unhook my car from the trailer with no assistance. SMH If you don’t like your job you need to find another one.

Abigail went out of her way to help me 10/10 service and was very quick and happy with my service! Give her a raise!

The customer service we received from Ms. Margret G.and Shadona W.was beyond excellent! These ladies were Caring, kind, professional and truly there to help you. With such a busy office for Ms. Margrret to take time to help us in our crazy situation due to another uhaul dealer being closed with our pre rented uhaul just sitting in the lot and no sign or notes to open any time We felt she was a godsend to us! Ms. Margrret lwent above and beyond to help us and we are truly grateful and then she blessed us with Shadona who was just as kind and helpful! Ladies, we truly appreciate your time, effort, and hard work and will never forget your kindness!

The customer service is ok, however make sure that you actually inspect the vehicle before you leave. Take pictures for everything and buy insurance! I got the 15 size truck, then on the same day afternoon, I found the driver side rear out tire is losing air, that tire can’t be charged by normal air pump! Then I found a tire shop to charge air, after 1 day the tire went flat again. Thanks god for letting me found out early. I can’t imagine what would happen if the tire goes off on the highway! (I have to say that U-Haul road assistance is very professional and fast, showed up after I called them during 60 minutes)

Be prepared for a very long line and an understaffed crew. I stood in line for over an hour trying to pick up my vehicle

The truck wasn’t clean and the customer service was pitiful. The wrong days were scheduled twice, I was told my truck was gone at one point and when I walked into the store no one came to help me for at least ten minutes. I actually feel I deserve some of my money back due to all of the inconveniences I suffered. I’ll NEVER use uhaul again.

Employee I worked with was very kind and was helping 3 people at once (She was a rockstar). I know its a Sunday and the line may have been abnormally long but if management wants this place to succeed they need to hire enough people so I don't have to spend 45 minutes getting my trailer

They are rude and disrespectful people they won’t pick up there phone do not wast your time with these peoples they need better management this lowest rate I ever seen on any company trust me guy don’t waste your money here

Definitely should be no stars as the red headed lazy girl at the desk was too busy eating her funions and licking her fingers to answer a question.

Fast and efficient in getting what you need, they have it all here from tools of the trade for moving to trucks trailers and storage space if needed. Thanks to Brian for the help and the staff. Great customer service
