I’ve rented from here twice. The owner is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The cargo vans are in great condition and the uhaul app makes it really easy to drop the van off after hours.

Worse uhaul store ever, not at work when supposed to be, couldn’t help me take the lock of the uhaul because they weren’t at work. No help.

Come by twice now. Once after 5pm. Once around 2pm. Both times the 2nd (outside door) was locked up like a prison. It's like no one even works there.

The building and office are a little run down and in need of repairs/updating but the service was impeccable. Very kind and courteous staff got us set up with our rental truck with no problems at all. Thanks guys!

Experience was relatively seamless. Only reason for not giving five stars is the fact that this parking lot is incredibly small and very difficult to Park trailer in a way I could be confident wouldn't lead to additional charges.

Everything was okay until the extra 100+ miles they charged me, when moving across downtown Dallas. This was the 2nd billing discrepancy I had to contact them about. I’ve spent more time trying to get the bill corrected than I had the truck. Regional manager is super rude and has no customer service skills. Said they hold their customers responsible even though I have photos of my mileage as evidence. Just do yourself a favor and use a different truck rental since it’s obviously a regional problem.

At first we had a little trouble locating this u-haul. It is right next to a family restaurant. One thing U- Haul does not tell you when you set up the reservation on the app, is you must go inside for pickups and cargo vans. The gentleman that helped us was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. He had us on our way in no time at all.

Quick and easy pickup and drop off. Parking is a little tight, but overall experience was good.

The service was bad. I think the office is a shack that was added onto an outdoor bathroom. When I needed a truck, they told me they didn't have any, even though I could clearly see 6 or 7. Use another U-Haul. This one is awful.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the equipment they gave me was raggedy and rusty. I had a very hard time getting the driver's side mirror to break loose so I could adjust it and the shackles on the dolly were completely corroded.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. And I’ve rented from Uhaul at least 10 times in the last 10 years and it has never been an issue. First, they wanted 3 additional phone numbers, then photos of ID (which is standard), then a photo of ME, on a cell phone, to “prove it was me that picked it up” then refused service and cancelled the contract when I said it was inappropriate and creepy that they were taking a photo of me, a woman, on a random iPhone. Oh. And the man who rented before me did NOT have to provide ANY of this, besides the photo of his ID. This dirty, disgusting place obviously owned and operated by the most incompetent people who have no clue what boundaries are should be shut down.
