5They were RUDE! To the furthest Extend! Covid MUST have bought the "She Devils" out of them! Even if you rent for the day, they still wanted to charge for the mileage! & Heaven forbid you don't read your contract! B/c they will Nickel & Dime you to death! My Advice (find another) U-Haul location! They were looking for reasons to charge their customers. Absolutely No Customer Service!
Best location Ever! Rented a few trucks back to back and it was an easy process with no confusions! Past experiences in other locations have made it frustrating and long. We will stick to this location. Thank You Gwen for always getting it right. You and your co worker sure know and value your customers. No mix ups no hold ups just an easy process of pick up and drop off. Thank you and keep up the good work. Gwen you rock girl!
