To be honest, this place will be the best Uhaul of them all, as long as they keep Ronnie and Hollie as managers.

They do everything to their best in order to satisfy your needs and even more.

This is not a Uhaul store. So if your plan is to buy supplies I do not recommend this. They’re prices are ridiculously high. 1 medium cardboard box is about 5 dollars! And they will not return anything you may have purchased there because all sales are final. So if you’re moving save your money and go the actual Uhaul center on 1960. There prices and service and far more reasonable. 1 medium cardboard box is 1.32. Don’t let corporations take advantage of you especially if you’re moving. Moving is stressful and expensive as it is.

A man named Brian helped me out. He was very helpful, exceeded expectations, made the process very easy and stress relieving. I highly recommend this location, and if Brian is there, ask for him. Very cool dude. Thanks again!

Ronnie Flores showed me amazing customer service. From the phone call confirming my pick up, to him handing me the keys to the U-Haul. Definitely would refer this location.

Ronnie was very helpful and always available. He was able to provide answers to my questions about equipment. Equipment is clean and looks new; the facility is clean and comfortable.

Very friendly couple behind the desk that were extremely nice and helpful for my last minute service request. I give 4 stars only because, when I made my reservation online I was given the option to and instructed on how to use completely automated check in and drop off via your mobile device, which they do not utilize during business hrs. This can be detrimental only if your in a big hurry and prefer to do things without having to go into the store. I'm hoping the review will incourage uhaul to update the options offered in the website. Otherwise both service and product were great! Thank you!

My husband and I used this location to plan our move to a different city. They were so helpful and willing to answer all my questions. Even the "manager in training" guy was extremely friendly and helpful and did all he could to help me figure out what size truck I needed! We would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area!

I made a reservation at the Humble location thinking I made it at Cutten Rd. I walked in and was told that I had a reservation that was in fact not where I thought. I was in such a rush and was sooo upset. Cynthia and Eli made the impossible happen and I was able to rent a uhaul as a walk in. THANK YOU GUYS for helping me not stress and for your amazing customer service! Best location.

They gave me a truck with messed up breaks.just imagine what i went through.and they wanted to blame the breaks on me, can you believe that.im so furious!
