Security here is horrible. We had our storage broken into TWICE. All management does is watch the footage on the cameras and doesn’t do anything about it. It’s very frustrating.

U haul, fraudulently, charged my credit card $5 more. After more than 6 weeks, u haul charged the credit card used to pay the fee for a FRADULANT CHARGE they said was a toll charge. Problem is there is no toll fee on Forest Lane! Which is the road we took. We were NEVER even on a highway! $5 may not seem that much but if you add$5 per truck × how many trucks a day × 7 days a week × 4 weeks a month × 12 months a year = BILLIONS of dollars for U HAUL. I wonder who else they have done this to? I wonder what a lawyer would say.

Took me about 10 minutes to get everything signed and off the lot with my uhaul rental. The staff was very professional and courteous, helpful in every way.

U-haul was ok, not to much to complain about, but i feel like the staff up sold me on the mileage at. 99 cent I have rented from several U-haul's and have paid. 49 to. 79 but. 99 sheesh! Smh anyways I am a mover by trade and I still made a profit so like i said not to much to complain about.

This place is great! I'd go here anytime I need to move. I love this place! The customer service is great. They have great recommendations on the supplies you should use, during your move. They also got me into using the paper tape! Some may be skeptical about it, playlist the best tape that I could have used during moving. Check them out, and you won't be disappointed!

Fast and friendly service. Would have given a 5 rating, but there is no parking for people who are renting vehicles.

This location discriminates against people with disabilities and enforces wearing of face masks by disabled people. Denies service to disabled customers who can not wear face masks. Ignorant corporate office does not know the difference between a law and an executive order. Did not read the actual executive order. Personally watched 3 people enter and leave and they did not sanitize the door on either side to prevent Covid-19. I wilp never rent anything from this unethical company for the rest of my life. Hortible customer service and civil rights violators.

Had fair pricing but after we reserved online and then went to pick up the Uhaul.they would only accept a payment card that had a chip. So we had to go out of the way to another Uhaul location.
