2 locations didn't have our truck that we reserved a week ago. Since we need to move on 7/1, Mr James and his staff took care of us and we left with a truck. I would definetly recommend! They went above and beyond.
Contacted by Uhual that i needed to switch locations due to one store closing early. Had to get to the next by 3pm. So i was slightly annoyed. Glad this happened this location was One of the most organized, proffesional uhuals ive ever visited. They are not trying to get over on you. They indicate damaged areas on your truck before you even leave the lot. The lady at counter is super kind, and knows whats shes doing. I think her name is Tracey. Thats the name was on my reciept, hope its her. They are quick and even offered FREE PARKING for other vehichles. Will have you on the road in no time.
