They are only getting one star because of the refund I received but hold on there is more! I reserved the uhaul on Tuesday for Friday and Saturday. When I arrived to pick up the uhual the place was closed and they FORGOT to leave a key in the drop box. I was given a 50 refund for the inconvenience. Then I go back and try and get the uhual again because every representative I talked to changed my time and day to pick up they already rented out the uhual I reserved by now I'm livid. So we ended up getting the biggest uhaul I live in a small town KILGORE and my storage building is also in KILGORE. I paid upfront 165 for the uhual I get a email with a bill saying I used over 30 miles I originally paid for and used 84 miles and they wanted another 110 I blocked the charge with my bank and emailed them back with my concerns. I was given a refund of 50$ for my inconvenience and 60$ for retiring it in a timely manner and clean I even put the gas back as I was told now they want it all back saying I went over in miles which is impossible I'm am very upset with these guys and any charge they make will be disputed with my bank because they are making false claims. There is no way small town Kilgore Texas from Danville road to 259 by Johnny ozark is 84 miles I made one trip and put gas in it and back to the uhaul place that's also in Kilgore very dissatisfied at this point they will get nothing else from me
