I can’t even begin to tell you how thankful I am for these two wonderful humans being so kind to me this morning helping me find a truck that would work with a car seat (air bag off) and then dealing with an issue out of our control. Unacceptable that cash is not accepted! A lot of people still do not like using credit cards! & they told me it was posted on the door WHERE in small print on the door? ! Yall should put it on your website or SOMETHING for Pete's sake we wasted TIME & GAS.will definitely NOT be recommending uhaul to friends when they move. We would rather try to find a friends truck them try this bull again
Tried to rent through this location and they failed big time. Ordered truck on may 24th said I would receive call by 5pm on 25th to confirm location/etc. Call dis not happen. Received a call on June 1st to pick up truck in fort worth. If I would have received call back on 25th would have went with other company. 0 stars here
They have always done a great job. We went a truck twice a year and I've never had any issues with their equipment.
