U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, Cypress TX

I booked my reservation 2 weeks prior to the actual date. Only to be told that I couldn’t pick up at truck there because there wasn’t one assigned to me. Meanwhile the exact truck I reserved is sitting outside. The young man claimed that there was another customer with the same truck reservation as me was already assigned that truck. At this point it’s 10: 15am (the reservation was for 10am) I ask how long before you just give me that truck and cancel their reservation. He said there isn’t a time limit it’s theirs. So he calls some Uhaul number and the lady on the phone sets up another reservation. This location is less than 1 mile from my house. The location I was Transferred to was an additional 10 miles coming and going. I asked the young man if I could be reimbursed for the extra miles he shrugged and said “theirs nothing I can do”. When I got to the new location they were extremely friendly and helped me with an urgency. They even informed me that I was Supposed to be handed $50 cash by this location since they did not have a truck even though I had A reservation. All in all I WOULDNT do business here, they pick by flipping a coin or something who’s going to get the trucks and leave other customers stuck out.
